Chapter 2971

“Can I tell Zachary about this?”

After some contemplation, Austin said, “I don’t mind. I’ll probably need his help in the future anyway. He

won’t know how to help me if he doesn’t know anything.”

Serenity chuckled. “Zachary can help you with work, but he’s useless in the relationship department.

You can come to me instead. I’m better than Zachary at that.”

Zachary was clueless about women. According to him, he had taken all his effort to understand

Serenity and had none left for other women.

Every woman’s personality was different.

Therefore, asking Zachary about women was useless.

Even if someone had a similar personality to Serenity, they were still different people.novelbin

As his brother, Austin knew Zachary well. Since Serenity offered to help him, he would simply take her

up on it.

Having Serenity’s help was equivalent to having Zachary’s.

It was common knowledge that Zachary was a doting husband.

In the past, no one in Wiltspoon’s business world dared to displease Zachary.

However, things had changed. The consequences of offending Serenity were more dire.

People would rather offend Zachary than Serenity.

“I’m going inside to apologize to Mom. No matter what, Mom and Dad quarreled because of me.”

Serenity hummed in agreement.

They entered the house together.

Liam had already successfully coaxed his wife.

Tania’s anger had already died down. She felt terrible seeing Liam rush over to pick her up late at night.

She thought she had been unreasonable.

Liam told her that if she really could not accept Austin becoming a private chef, he would take her side

and stop Austin.

However, after Serenity’s persuasion and the possibility that Austin could be cooking for her future

daughter-in-law, Tania no longer thought of stopping him.

She started convincing Liam instead.

Tania decided not to stop Austin from doing anything. After all, he was an adult who was close to thirty

years old. She could start caring less.

She could take care of her grandchild instead when Serenity’s baby was born.

Her children would do alright on their own. There was no need for her to interfere in their lives.

That being said, Tania was interested in her future daughter-in-law. She was curious about the girl’s

appearance and background. Since Austin did not mention anything, she did not want to pry.

Nevertheless, there was one thing she was sure of. The girl’s character was to be trusted.

Tania trusted Grandma May’s choice.

Serenity, Camryn, and Hayden were fine girls.

The old lady definitely had a good eye.

“Mom.”

Austin saw his parents talking to each other when he entered. He walked over and greeted his mom.

Upon observing that Tania’s anger had dissipated, Austin was relieved.

He sat and said, “Of course you weren’t leaving us. You must’ve come here because you missed

Zachary and Serenity.

Tania looked toward her husband.
