Chapter 2733

Hunter’s choice, unknown to the people in Wiltspoon, was made in the dead of night.

Zachary’s phone rang in the wee hours, waking him up. He quickly grabbed his phone and answered

without checking the caller ID. He then sat up, tiptoeing out of the bedroom. In a hushed voice, Zachary

asked, “Who is it?”

“Zack, it’s me.”

“Kev, it’s late, haven’t you gone to sleep?”novelbin

Hearing it was his cousin calling, Zachary hurriedly half-closed the bedroom door.

After he stepped out of his room, only then did he speak a bit louder.

"Is something wrong?"

Kevin asked first, “Zack, Serenity hasn’t woken up, right?”

“No, since she got pregnant, she has slept very soundly. Did something happen to Liberty?”

Otherwise, Kevin would not call him in the middle of the night.

Zachary’s heart was hanging in suspense.

His sister-in-law had only gone to Jensburg for a short time. If something happened, Serenity would

certainly not be able to bear it.

“There’s been an accident. We just returned to the hotel. I asked Liberty to rest first. Whatever

happened, we can discuss it tomorrow. I think this matter should be reported to you, and that’s why I

called. Even if I hadn’t called now, you would receive the news tomorrow.”

The bodyguards Liberty brought to Jensburg were from three different families, so the ones arranged

by Zachary would also inform him. The bodyguards sent by the Lewises and Stones would inform their

respective families as well.

As Zachary heard from Kevin that Liberty was back in the hotel, he breathed a sigh of relief. At least

she was safe.

“What accident?”

Zachary asked in a deep voice, “No one got hurt, right?”

“We suffered no casualties. The Fishers lost one bodyguard, and I lost one car.”

The car that Liberty used in Jensburg was Kevin’s.

“I’ll buy you another one,” Zachary replied immediately.

He requested Kevin to take care of his sister-in-law, and unfortunately, Kevin lost a car because of that.

In recognition of the incurred loss, he was determined to provide adequate compensation.

“There’s no need for that, Zack. I have no shortage of cars. Instead, buy Liberty a car.”

Kevin’s newly bought house in Jensburg was nearing the renovation completion and he had not moved

into it yet. The vehicles he used in Jensburg were parked in the hotel’s parking lot. Aside from his

Maybach for daily use, he had several cars worth several hundred thousand each, arranged for

Liberty’s use.

The car that crashed cost tens of thousands. Yet, it was like losing a single strand of hair for Kevin, so

he did not need his cousin’s compensation.

“Can you tell me what happened?”

Putting the car issue aside, Zachary wanted to know what had transpired throughout the night.

Liberty could not have started a fight with the Fishers as soon as she arrived, right?

She was just there to expand her influence.

Kevin recounted everything that happened to Zachary. Once he finished, he said, “Liberty was being

cautious. She did not want to leave the Fisher Manor in her car, so she got in Hayden’s car instead.

The Fishers might tamper with Liberty’s car, but they wouldn’t touch Hayden’s car.”
