Chapter 2456

Kevin handed her the bouquet of flowers and grinned. “My nana always says I talk too much, that I’m

quite the talker. Meanwhile, you’re quiet and reserved, a woman of few words. That’s why she thought

we’d make a great match so you wouldn’t feel lonely.

“We call this complementarity. If both of us were introverted, our little home would be completely silent

in the future. It would then be too quiet.

“I didn’t say much, I was just admiring the loving relationship between Zachary and Serenity. Haven’t

you noticed how beautiful her dresses are? Would you like to try one on? I’ve bought several new

dresses for you that I think would suit you well.”

Hayden had dressed up once in women’s clothing for him. She also mentioned that she had only done

it for him.

He should be content with that.

Humans tended to be greedy.

He had already seen how stunning Hayden looked in women’s clothing and he wanted to see her in it

more often.

Kevin stayed by her side after leaving the main house, praising the variety and beauty of women’s

clothing. He complimented Hayden’s great figure, saying that she looked like an angel descended from

heaven when she wore women’s clothing.

He loved the cool and ethereal aura that she exuded when dressed as a woman.

Kevin’s two sisters-in-law were beautiful. However, he liked and found Hayden the most beautifulnovelbin

among them all.

“Kevin, I’ve told you that I don’t like wearing women’s clothing, and I’m not interested. The last time I

wore it for you, it was a one-time thing. Don’t be too greedy!” Hayden said in a low voice, but with a hint

of frustration.

She felt that Kevin was being too greedy. He had been quiet for a few days, and now he was back to

pestering her to wear women’s clothing.

If she refused to wear them, would he stop liking her?

She would not mind if he was not interested in her. She preferred some peace and quiet.

He was always chattering, just like an old lady; a smooth-tongued and persuasive guy.

Being with him, she found herself more talkative than usual.

She gently returned the bouquet of flowers to Kevin’s arms, “I’ve told you, I don’t really fancy flowers.

Yet you kept picking them all the way here, leaving none for others to enjoy.”

The flowers were scarce during this time of the season.

At Wildridge Manor, there were usually many flowers to appreciate.

He should not have picked so many along the way.

Kevin chuckled and reassured her, “You’re concerned about the flowers, aren’t you? Don’t fret. When

spring arrives, there will be a profusion of flowers. There will be an abundance then. The sea of flowers

at the foothill will be as enchanting as a fairyland.”

Hayden paused for a moment.

Her concern was not really about the flowers. She was trying to convey that he did not need to pick

flowers for her. Given her more tomboyish personality, she genuinely did not have a penchant for

flowers.

“The kids are playing at the playground. Let’s go see Sonny.”

Kevin no longer insisted on the flower-giving tradition with Hayden. He simply held her hand and

assured her, “If you don’t like these flowers, I won’t give them to you anymore. I’ll give you something

you’ll appreciate, flowers that won't wilt.”

A money bouquet.
