Chapter 2430

Serenity was already entrusting their children’s education to Zachary before the baby was born.

She would rather take care of her children’s daily lives than be in charge of their schoolwork while he

could put on a stern face and teach their children well.

Zachary smiled. “Okay. I’ll be a full-time dad.”

He had already bought many parenting books to prepare himself to be a stay-at-home dad.

“Are you hungry? I made breakfast.”

“I’m famished. You came in when I was about to take Sonny downstairs.”novelbin

Zachary lifted Sonny with one arm and held Serenity’s hand with the other. “Let’s go and have

breakfast.”

Serenity noticed the house was still silent once they left the room. Everyone was still asleep.

She asked Zachary softly, “What time did you return last night? Did everyone party until late at night?”

“I came back as soon as night fell. This morning, the butler told me that many guests were wasted last

night. The alcohol was good and strong, so it was easy to get drunk with it.”

Zachary had a smile on his face when he spoke. Almost everyone who attended the reception was

drunk.

Even Julian, who could usually hold his alcohol, was inebriated. It was Quinn who sent him home.

However, Quinn did not know Julian’s address. No one knew where she brought him. Anyway, she got

him into a car.

Quinn enjoyed drinking but was a lightweight. She initially wanted to let herself be wild for once but

stopped when she saw many guests toasting to Julian.

She resorted to simply waiting to take the drunk Julian home.

Serenity smiled. “It’s good that we chose a nice date. Everyone can rest over the weekend.”

Otherwise, barely anyone could get up for work the next day.

When the three of them went downstairs, Grandma May was out of her room too.

Her room was on the first floor as she said the stairs were too troublesome for someone her age.

“Good morning, Nana.”

Zachary and Serenity greeted her when they saw her.

Sonny said sweetly, “Good morning, great-grandma.”

Grandma May smiled. “Morning. You two are up early. Why don’t you sleep in?”

The old lady was relieved after seeing Serenity’s good complexion. She was worried the day before

because Serenity never showed up at the reception after retiring to her room in the evening. It was

fortunate that Serenity was back in high spirits after a night’s rest.

As expected of the granddaughter-in-law she had personally chosen.

“I slept enough, Nana. I’m hungry now.”

Grandma May smiled. “I smelled something good. Did Zack make breakfast? You guys go ahead. I’m

going for a walk.”

Her appetite was usually low in the mornings and would only have breakfast after a stroll in the garden.
