Chapter 2398

Will and Mark made a run for it.novelbin

Zoey did not want to hear Will and Mark saying that they would take care of Quinn. She thought it

would jinx Quinn from finding a man.

Julian got up when he saw Will and Mark coming out of the kitchen. Dave introduced his sons to Julian,

and Julian said hello to his future brothers-in-law.

Will and Mark courteously greeted Julian while sizing him up.

When everybody sat down, Will asked Julian. “I heard from Quinn that you’re interested in joining our

gym?”

Julian smiled. “That’s right.”

Mark cut to the chase. He said, “You’re a little old to start off with training. Even if you pass our

character assessment and pay the fees, you can’t learn much. You’re wasting your money, and we

don’t want to scam you.”

Julian said with a smile, “I know. Ms. Crawford and Mr. Crawford have made that clear. Money isn’t the

issue. I just want to learn and take it from there. At least, I can work out.”

Will and Mark left the conversation at that.

Quinn and Zoey were busy in the kitchen. Quinn soon came out of the kitchen, nibbling on mozzarella

sticks.

“Dinner time.”

Julian watched Quinn munching away with glee.

He loved that Quinn was down-to-earth and being herself.

Julian loved whatever she did, believing that his future wife was the best person ever.

“Why are you hogging the mozzarella sticks? Aren’t you sharing?” Will asked.

Quinn ate another stick and replied, “You don’t like them.”

“We don’t, but we have a guest tonight,” Mark responded.

Julian said immediately, “I’m not interested in those snacks.”

He was not going to steal his wife’s favorite food.

Well, correction, his future wife.

Besides, he was not fond of those appetizers.

Will and Mark went to set the dinner table and brought the dishes out of the kitchen.

Dave sat where he was.

Once the table was set, Dave invited Julian to join them for dinner.

Julian specifically chose a time to visit his future in-laws so that he could be invited for dinner.

“Quinn, bring out my good wine. I need to show Julian a good time.”

While talking, Dave kept an eye on his wife’s reaction. Seeing that his wife did not oppose the alcohol,

he secretly breathed a sigh of relief.

The Crawfords refrained from drinking, smoking, gambling, or soliciting services because Zoey forbade

them.

Zoey often said that although the family ran a gym, they were delivering positive energy to the

students. To do so, they needed to set a good example themselves.

Dave could not argue Zoey’s point.

Her thoughts were also reflected in the family rules.
