Chapter 2352
The only competition Remy saw was Andrew.
To Remy, Julian was only acting because his acting was way over the top.
“Mrs. York.”
Mrs. Lane approached and said to Serenity with a smile, “Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Young-Johnson are
here with the kids.”
Ben’s family was staying at Wildridge Manor.
Zachary and Serenity hosted the Johnson family before she moved to Liberty’s place because the
wedding was around the corner.
The bridal party would be doing all the wedding preparations there.
If Liberty was still married to Hank, Serenity would not choose to organize such an intimate event at the
Browns’ residence.
However, things were different now. Liberty had the time and place to host the bridal party for her sister.
Since Liberty was the maid of honor, she had the final say in all wedding preparations.
“Please invite them in.”
As Serenity was staying with her sister for the time being, Antonia, Jane, and her little ones dropped by
to catch up with Serenity.
Jane was new to Wiltspoon, being only familiar with Serenity. While Jane would soon welcome Elisa
into the Johnson family, they had not gotten the chance to know each other well.
Jane had no one to spend time with except for Serenity.
It was a different story for Ben though. He was the successor of FC & Co, and the company had
business ties in Wiltspoon. Many local business tycoons would buy Ben meals to discuss business
while he was in Wiltspoon.
Jane did not attend the social and business engagements with her husband because she could not
leave the children.
Serenity and Elisa walked out of the main house and saw Jane with Connor in her arms. Antonia was
carrying Chloe.
Antonia clearly played favorites because she would always carry Chloe. She often said that Chloe was
likely her only granddaughter. Antonia wanted to spoil her one and only precious granddaughter.novelbin
It could be difficult to appreciate grandsons when there were so many, but the truth was, Antonia only
had one grandson.
For some reason, Connor started crying in his mother’s arms.
Chloe kept looking at her twin brother.
The children were four months old. They were so adorable, but Connor was a crybaby.
“What’s the matter with Connor?” Serenity hurried over and asked Jane when Connor wailed loudly.
She then saw the scratch marks across Connor’s face.
Jane replied, “I put the kids down for a nap together. Connor always cries when he wakes up. I don’t
know if it was an accident, but Chloe hit her brother in the face and scratched him. Connor started
crying even louder.
“He was still crying when I carried him out of the car.”
If Chloe could talk, she might say that Connor was being too noisy and that she was trying to get him to
stop, but she accidentally hit him instead.
