Chapter 2280

Stacy gladly passed the keychain to Audrey. She said with a huge grin, “I’m relieved now. Julian can be

saved. He doesn’t have to stay single forever. Take a look at her, isn’t she wonderful? I think she’s an

excellent match for my son.”

Only moments ago Stacy was addressing the Stones as in-laws. She immediately switched her form of

address after her future daughter-in-law had changed.

Audrey looked at Quinn’s picture before passing it to Darrell. She smiled and said, “This girl gives a

good first impression. Julian and her would make a wonderful couple.”

Even if the girl in question were inferior, Audrey would still sing her praises. That said, Quinn truly left a

good and comfortable impression on her.

The only people who gave Audrey a comfortable first impression were Serenity and Liberty. Even then,

she had no idea they were her nieces. Once she saw Serenity, she simply took a liking to her and

wished to get close to her.

Quinn was giving Audrey a similar feeling now.

The Stones took turns to look at the photo. Remy also had a look at Quinn’s appearance as he was

right beside Elisa.

Soon, the keychain returned to Julian’s hands. He quickly kept it. From the way he treasured it,

everyone believed that Julian truly had feelings for the girl.

She was most likely the woman mentioned by the psychic, the one destined to rescue Julian.

“What’s her name, Julian?”

“Quinn. She’s a gym owner’s daughter in Summervale. She’s been practicing martial arts since young

and has participated in countless competitions. Quinn is extremely skilled and is now a coach at her

family’s gym.”

Walter smiled and said, “That’s great. A person like her suits you and our family.”

Although the Buchams were kind and avoided making enemies wherever possible, they had indeed

offended many people when investigating for the truth on someone else’s behalf.

Some even wished to have them dead.

Julian was next in line to become the head of the Bucham family and naturally, his wife would be the

head missus. If she were to be a defenseless, ordinary person, she would not be able to protect

herself.

Even if they could assign her bodyguards, there would still be loopholes that could be taken advantage

of.

Therefore, it was best if Julian’s wife had some fighting skills.

However, not many women could fight and even if they could, or had a self-defense background, their

experience in actual combat was close to none. While they stood a chance in a one-on-one fight, they

could be defeated by any skilled fighter.

The only woman outside of the family whom Walter knew could fight was Serenity, but she had gotten

married to Zachary long ago.

The Buchams and the Yorks went back a long way. He could not target the wife Old Mrs. York had

chosen for her heir.

Sometimes, Walter would find it a pity that his son was not the one who met Serenity first.

On second thought, with Julian’s disorder, there was no use in that. They could become close friendsnovelbin

but not husband and wife because Serenity was not the woman fated for Julian.

Fate was an uncertain thing.

After finding out that Quinn, who could make Julian a normal man, was skilled in martial arts, Walter

was satisfied and relieved.

“Quinn brought a group of kids to Wiltspoon to participate in a martial arts competition. I just happened

to pick up her keychain and fell in love with her photo at first sight. I’m even more smitten with her in

person.”

Julian declared that he loved Quinn despite having just started implementing his plans.

Everyone was in awe of the boundless charm the woman had.
