Chapter 941

The trio returned through the same path.

In an attempt to find a signal, James held up his phone while walking. Unfortunately for them, mobile

phone signals were non-existent where they were.

After walking for what felt like an eternity, they finally reached the car.

Since James was still unable to find a phone signal, they had no choice but to drive back.

It was eight in the evening when they reached Harvin City.

Afterward, the three had dinner and checked into a five-star hotel.

Hotel reception.

James looked at the young woman working as a receptionist at the front desk and said, “We need three

rooms.”

Thea quickly corrected him. “Two rooms.”

James turned to Thea with a look of confusion on his face.

Thea linked her arms around him and looked up at him affectionately. “We’re husband and wife. Why

do we need to have separate rooms?”

The receptionist tilted her head, looked at James and double-confirmed. “Sir, may I confirm many

rooms you’d be needing?”

“Three.”

“I’ll need your social security card for registration.”

James handed the receptionist his social security card.

Maxine and Thea also took out their social security cards.

Upon seeing James' social security card, the receptionist could not help but mutter, “James Caden…

Why does this sound so familiar? Where have I heard it before?”

Rather than continue to needlessly dwell on it, she simply registered them and gave them their room

cards.

Then receptionist raised her head from her computer screen and looked at James' face.

At that moment, her heart skipped a beat.

“Ahh!”

As if struck by lightning, she gave a loud shout..

“Could you possibly be James, the Black Dragon?!” she asked in disbelief.

The receptionist was about 20 years old. She was a stunning young woman had her hair in a neat bun

and was dressed immaculately in her hotel’s uniform. All these served in giving her a mature, novelbin

professional appeal.

Her face was tinted red with shock and disbelief. James took the room cards without acknowledging

her question and handed one each to the two ladies. Then, he turned around and briskly went upstairs.

“Oh my god! It’s really the commander of the Black Dragon Army, James! He’s so much cooler in

person!” The receptionist looked at James, heading upstairs with her face looking like she had just won

the lottery. She whipped out her phone and began posting about it on her social media.

[Guys, guess who I saw today! It was Sol’s War God, James!]

James paid no attention to her and directly headed to his room.

After entering his room, he sat on the bed and called Henry who was stationed far away from him in the

Southern Plains.

The phone connected soon, and Henry’s voice responded in elation. “James, you finally called.”

James asked, “Have you found anything about the matter I asked you to investigate?”

Henry replied frankly, “I’m trying to not be conspicuous in my investigation, so I still don’t have an

answer as of now.”

“Alright. I also need you to get me the Centurion of the North’s personal number. I’m in the North,

specifically in Harvin City. I need to ask him for a favor.”

“Sure. I’ll ask Whitney and send it to you later.”

After Henry finished speaking, he hung up the phone.

James waited patiently in the room.

Henry was now in charge of the Southern Plains. Thus, getting a commander’s contact details was a

simple matter for him. Moreover, he was dating the Centurion’s daughter. Getting that private number

was as easy as waving his hand in the air.

After getting the requested contact details, Henry immediately sent it to James.

As soon as he got the message, James dialed the number provided.

It did not take long for someone to pick up the call.
