I wanted to push him away and hit him, but it was useless. It was like he had completely lost theability to feel pain. He just let me hit him and did not even bother stopping me.
I was truly shaken to my very core. He had completely lost his mind, and I did not know why he wassuddenly acting like this.
I panicked for a moment and cried loudly, "Sebastian, you b*stard, let go of me. I beg you, let go ofme!" He didn't even seem to hear my pleads.
I was in despair.

Sebastian fainted. He lay on the ground as if he were dead. Blood was slowly seeping out from theback of his head. I held my breath and looked up at Naomi, who was holding something in herhand.
This was too unexpected, the fact that Naomi had hit Sebastian and caused him to faint, and thefact that I'd just narrowly escaped death, it was all too unexpected.
"Thud!" The vase in Naomi's hand fell to the ground. She stared at me with a blank expression.Then, she looked at Sebastian on the ground and stammered, "I... I didn't want to save you, I..."
I got up from the ground and grabbed hold of her. Then, without giving it too much thought, I wantedto flee. However, before I could get to the door, Hodge suddenly appeared with several bodyguardsbehind him.
"Where are you ladies going?"
Hodge asked with a polite smile on his face.

Hodge didn't listen to me at all. He glanced behind us and saw that Sebastian was lying on theground, and he was not dressed. He then looked at me indifferently and asked the guards to checkon Sebastian.
The two bodyguards walked up to Sebastian and dragged his limp body out of the room. However,Naomi and I were locked up.
Naomi and I both hid in the corner. After a long time, she came back to her senses, and she staredat me as if she had something she wanted to say.
I looked at her and pursed my lips. "I didn't expect this to happen. Thank you for saving me justnow. Don't worry. Hendrix will find a way to save us."
She stared at me and pursed her lips in silence. After a very long time, she finally said, "I knew fromthe very beginning that he had never loved me, nor ever truly cared for me.
