Chapter 120

The few people were also furious when they received the order from Reginald.

However, before they could leave, Lieutenant Andrews said in a frosty voice, "Nonsense! What thehell do you think you are? Mr. Lynch said Mr. Cole is his good friend, and we have to treat him withthe utmost respect. I'd like to see who among the Stones dare to be so reckless. You want to tie Mr.Cole up to bring him over? I'd like to see who has the guts to do so."

Upon saying that, the lieutenant grabbed his gun from his waist. Behind him, the four soldiers raisedtheir guns as well.

The Stones were so frightened that they did not dare to move a muscle. They just stood in placewith their faces as white as a sheet, trembling. They had never encountered such a situation before.

"G-Gosh, Lieutenant Andrews, please don't get mad. Please calm down. Did you make a mistake?Liam is just the remaining member of the Cole family. He's a loser that doesn't even have a family. How could he be Mr. Lynch's friend? He can't do anything. All he can do is talk big," Yafe asked.

He was extremely confused. How could Liam possibly know a big shot like Malcolm?

Lieutenant Andrews sneered and said with a darkened expression, "It's not our place to care if it's amistake or not. Just know that Mr. Lynch was the one who gave the order himself today. He orderedus to deliver the invitations, and we must hand them to Mr. Cole in person. Do with that what youwill."

Reginald's expression became stiff. He immediately understood what Lieutenant Andrews meant. He took a deep breath, calmed down, and said, "Come on. Let's go invite Liam out here."

Upon saying that, he turned around and brought all the Stones to Celena and Liam's cottage.

Reginald was old, and the cottage was far. By the time he arrived, he was already terribly upset. Hisforehead was covered in sweat. His already calmed temper started to rise again.

At that moment, Liam was training Jovie to fight while Celena was cleaning the cottage.

Celena was frightened when Reginald and the others suddenly barged in. Seeing that they lookedso aggressive, Celena thought they were there to punish them for what happened in the dining hallearlier.

Thinking of that, she quickly put down the things in her hands and came up to Reginald. Then, shekept apologizing profusely, "I'm sorry, Grandpa. Liam was wrong just now. He shouldn't have lied.Don't blame him. I hope a person as generous as you would forgive him. I'm begging you, please."

Reginald's expression stiffened. How would he dare to blame Liam? He was the friend Mr. Lynchtalked about. They had to treat him with respect. The Stone family could not afford to offend him.novelbin

As such, Reginald pushed Celena away and walked straight up to Liam. He said, "Liam, hurry upand accept the invitations.

Liam frowned as he saw that the Stones had packed the cottage. His gaze darkened, and he saidunhappily, "What's going on? Are all of you here to punish me? The cottage is small. It can't fit all ofyou."

Reginald forced himself to swallow his anger upon hearing that. He looked at the rest of the Stonesand bellowed, "What are you doing? Hurry up and get the hell out of here!"
