Chapter 2125

Chapter 2125

“Other than that, the entire finance department is also ostracizing her. Even people from other departments who used to havegood relationships with her are now afraid to talk to her, fearing they might be associated with her.

"If this continues, Wren will probably resign in less than two months. Even though she can find another suitable job quickly, shewon't be able to afford the medical expenses for the next few months."

With a tense expression, Stella asked, "Kiara, are you close to Wren?"

Kiara said, "We're okay. I'm responsible for claiming reimbursement for my team, so | deal with her the most. We also often eattogether."

Stella whispered a few words to her, and Kiara was taken aback momentarily. Then, she nodded solemnly and softly said, "I'lltry."

After coming out of the restroom, Xavier came to Stella, saying that Grace Esper, a major client of Caline, had arrived andneeded her reception.

While heading to the reception area, Stella asked Xavier, "| haven't heard about any clients visiting today. What's going on?"Xavier shook his head. "The secretary just told me about it. | have no idea, too."

Stella did not have information about Caline's major clients. She did not even know who Grace Esper was, but she knew thatDarcie usually personally attended to these high-profile clients who required customization.

Since Darcie had posted photos of herself on vacation in Maldives on her social media, Stella figured that her major clientswould not probably show up at this time.

After all, Darcie would never allow her to approach these contacts. She suppressed her suspicion and pushed the door open to the reception room.novelbin

The reception room was luxurious, and there was an elegant and noble woman sitting on a genuine leather couch. Although shewas not very young, she still looked rather attractive.

Although her clothes were loose, the embroidery on them looked exquisite. Stella could tell that they were handcrafted and veryexpensive. Grace's hair was neatly tied, and her makeup was delicate.

When Stella pushed open the door, Grace was sipping tea with her legs crossed. Her pinky raised slightly upon hearing thesound, but she remained unbothered, exuding an air of elegance.

Stella walked forward slowly and greeted her, "Hello, you must be Mrs. Esper."

Grace only put down her cup and looked at Stella from head to toe upon hearing her speak. "Who are you?" she asked.

Stella then briefly introduced herself. "My name is Stella Hall, the Vice President of Caline. | heard that you're here today to tryout some fragrances. May | ask if you have an appointment?"

Grace chuckled in disdain. "You're the Vice President of Caline, yet you don't even know your clients?" She then looked atAubrey, who was standing at the side, and said flatly, "Ms. Abbott, do | have to make an appointment before coming here?"

Aubrey quickly responded, "You're one of our most important clients, so of course, you don't need to make an appointment. You're free to come whenever you want, and we'll always do our best to serve you. Ms. Hall just joined the company not longago, and she's still not familiar with these matters yet. I'm so sorry."

Grace clicked her tongue and said, "Have your boss gone crazy? How could she recruit just anyone into the company? Is shenot worried that people like this will ruin her company?"

Aubrey pretended to say awkwardly, "Mrs. Esper, Ms. Hall is actually Mr.

Saun's daughter."
