Chapter 481 The Entire Night

Because there were many people at dinner, Clarissa didn’t mention anything about where she was

sleeping.

After dinner, Clarissa pulled Damien aside and said to him crossly, “It’s inappropriate for us to benovelbin

sleeping together.”

“Follow me,” Damien snapped.

Clarissa did as told and followed him to the bedroom.

He lit up a cigarette before taking a seat on the sofa.

“Who’s that guy?” he suddenly demanded.

“Which one?”

“How many do you have?”

Clarissa was utterly confused. “How would I know what you’re asking? You need to be clearer.”

All of a sudden, Damien recalled something. “Oh, right. You just met Joseph yesterday. That’s why

you’re confused.”

Clarissa had no idea how Damien found out about Joseph and her.

However, Damien’s sarcastic tone set her off. “Who are you talking about?”

Damien stared at Clarissa for a few seconds before finally replying, “Seth.”

Clarissa clenched her fists, a deep set frown gracing her lips. “You were following me?!”

“So there is a Seth.” Damien stared pointedly at Clarissa.

“There is.”

“Who is he?”

Annoyance gripped Clarissa. Damien had no right to follow or interrogate her, especially when they had

already divorced.

“Didn’t you do a background check on him already?” Clarissa snarled, her voice laced with irritation.

Damien stood up abruptly and pulled Clarissa by her waist. Caught unawares, Clarissa was forced to

kneel on the sofa between his legs.

Unable to stand up straight on the sofa, she had no choice but to lean on Damien’s shoulder.

“I didn’t, because I want you to tell me yourself!” Damien glared at her.

Clarissa ignored him and turned her head to the side, looking away from him. She stayed silent, not a

peep out of her.

Her reaction angered him.

He immediately picked her up and threw her to the bed.

He tore her clothes and began to kiss her roughly. His brutish actions gave Clarissa nothing but pure

agony.

Damien started off patiently, but in the end, he couldn’t hold back. It had been three long years, and the

first thing she did when she re-entered his life was to meet up with Joseph. Not to mention, there was

another man involved in her life.

Clarissa wanted to say something, but Damien never gave her the chance to. All she could do was

mutter angrily, “Basta*d.”

That day, Damien was akin to a crazed beast.

It was only when morning came did Clarissa manage to sleep.

Damien woke up before her, and then stared at her. She was covered in hickeys.

Some time later, he went downstairs.

Lisa and Rem were already up.

“Mr. Lawrence, where’s Miss Johnson?” Lisa asked.

“Daddy, where’s Mommy?” Neil added.

“Miss Johnson burned the midnight oil with her meetings, so let her rest. What are your plans today?”

Damien asked.

“If we follow our original plan, we’re supposed to go back today.” Lisa, the more outgoing one,

answered cheerfully.

Lisa could already guess what made Clarissa so tired last night. Still, she didn’t expect Damien to be at

it the entire night!
