Chapter 714 Poor Opponents

Seeing that the baldhead was not about to give up so easily, Maximilian then added more strength to

his left hand, and completely crushed the fist of the man.

The unbearable pain overwhelmed the baldhead and made him cry out, "My hand! I lost my hand!"

Maximilian sneered at that and said, "Is that all you got, tough guy?" Just as his words stopped,

Maximilian soon thrusted one of his fingers to the other fist of the man. Abruptly, the other fist of the

baldhead stopped amid its way, and a hole spouting blood and exposing the bone inside had been

made by Maximilian on it.

Maximilian pulled back his hand, and laughed, "Are you going to continue or not? If you think that you

alone can't fight me, then just call up your mates around and fight me as a team."

The men enclosing Maximilian were completely astonished by what they saw. Though the baldheadnovelbin

was the best fighter among them, he still failed to be tough enough as a match to Maximilian. The rest

looked at each other, and couldn't help taking their steps backwards due to fear, as if they were

preparing to run away.

Glaring at Maximilian, the baldhead was also a little frightened inside by what had just happened to

him. He then shouted at his companies, "Hey! All of you, get ready and we are going to take him down

together! He definitely can not fight us all at a time!"

However, though they had clearly heard the words, the intuition inside stopped them from taking steps

forwards. For years struggling at the edge of life and death, they learned a lot about how to keep

themselves alive. One of the most important things was not to get involved with someone as terrible as

the man in front of them. If they did, even the best outcome would be that they defeated the man with

very few of them surviving.

Seeing that his men dared not to come, the baldhead was terrified and also beginning to move

backwards.

"Not a single chance for us to win this. Run!" Someone yelled out, and the rest got into a panic and

started running away.

Maximilian chuckled and shook his head, rushing out to them in a second. He easily caught up with

them and gave each of them a strike on their backs. It was not until the strike had reached the back

position of their hearts that those men realized Maximilian had caught up with them.

That was by no means a simple and ordinary strike. With the strike, Maximilian had penetrated his

internal force through their hearts, and it would not take long for those men to die of cardiac rupture.

For the moment, those men felt nothing special when the strike hit them, and continued running away.

For the baldhead, he wished he could run away with his fellows, while he failed to do so due to his

severe injury. Only a sway of his arms would bring tremendous pain to him. Therefore, he had no

choice but to run away in a weird and clownish gesture.

Maximilian couldn't help burst into laughter seeing the man running like that and said, "Speed up, mate!

Or I'm going to catch you."

Hearing the laugh of Maximilian, Victoria raised her head and found that those men around her were

gone, and the only one left was the baldhead in a panic running away.

She asked Maximilian, "Where are the rest? Did you fight them off?"

Maximilian then went to Victoria and embraced her waist in his arms, bringing her together and

catching up with the baldhead in a second. Such a quick movement surprised Victoria and gave her a

thought that her husband might be a peerless master of Qing Kung.

In the next second, the bald man found that a shadow showed up and blocked his way ahead. He had

been caught up by Maximilian. Though he wished to fight back against that overwhelmingly powerful

man, his dead hands had forbidden him to make any further punches, nor did any kicks due to that he

had lost balance.

Maximilian looked at him softly and said, "Now, I need you to answer some questions, and I won't hurt

you anymore if you follow my orders. Are you Rohan’s men?"

The baldhead fell into silence and seemed to have no idea about what to do. While he still spoke out

seeing the increasingly annoyed expression of Maximilian, "Yes, Yes! We are! Someone in the village

called Rohan and told him that a man had stepped into the mountain and was going to mess up his

business!"

"What exactly is Rohan going to do?" Asked Maximilian curiously.

"… OK, I will tell you everything I know. It is said that Rohan had found so-called panacea in the

mountain, and that's all I know!" The baldhead said with a bitter face.

Maximilian nodded his head and continued, "Fine, then guide me to meet him."

"Wait … Wait, what the fuck … Well, I will show you the way." Maximilian's request shocked the

baldhead a little bit, thinking that he was crazy to go alone fighting against Rohan. While he soon

calmed down and thought it was not strange for him given that he was such a capable man. What's

more, if he was taken to Rohan, maybe he would be killed by the men with guns there.

Thinking about how to fight back and get revenge for himself, the baldhead then smiled flatteringly and

said, "The camp of my boss Rohan is right on the other side of the mountain. Please follow me."

The baldhead was ahead leading the way, and the couple was behind him following steadily.

Victoria looked at the baldhead and whispered to Maximilian, "Why are you going to meet their boss?

They are all rioters, and we'd better just keep ourselves away from them."

"Don't worry. They can do nothing but kneel down in front of me." Said Maximilian mightily.

Victoria then gave him an affectionate look and said again, "I mean there are too many of them. You'd

better keep yourself safe and sound, otherwise I would have to take care of you for the rest of my life."

"That would be great, my lady!" Answered Maximilian with a joke.

"Stop saying anything stupid! I'm serious and don't want you to get hurt." Victoria answered, embracing

Maximilian with strength.

Smiles were on the faces of the couple, while only bitterness and suffering could be seen from that of

the baldhead because of that he was almost driven crazy by his injuries bringing him unlimited

pain.
