Chapter 1077 A Snobbish Butler
Though the butler was a humble one, he was still proud of himself as the butler of Connor. So he
disdained Maximilian every much, who he deemed as a common guy only.
But Maximilian didn’t get annoyed because of that as he had expected so already.
Of course, the butler didn’t dare to go against Tia’s order. So then he served Maximiliam a cup of tea.

“Wow, I didn’t expect you to know about it. I even thought that it was your first time to taste such kind of
nice tea.” The butler mocked.
Maximilian just replied with a smile.
However, Tia’s face got darkened. He looked at the butler with a sullen face and said, “He is my guest.
What do you mean by saying so? Shut your mouth. If you dare to be rude to him again, I would
definitely fire you.”
Hearing that, the butler couldn’t help shivering. He could tell that Tia was not joking about it. So he was
stunned and confused. He couldn’t believe that Tia would actually fire him for the sake of a common
guy.

The butler stammered, “Well, the tea may taste weird as it has cooled down a bit.”

you! How dare you make a pot of common green tea instead of the best sober tea!”
The pot of green tea was made of the worst tea of Connor’s. As Maximilian was the most honorable

the butler actually served Maximilian with such an awful one, which really irritated him.

him. If he hadn’t known that Connor deemed him his honorable guest, he would never have done so.
Connor huffed, “From now on, you are fired! Just get out of here.”
Hearing that, the butler felt like being shocked by a bolt from the blue. He was rendered stunned and
silent. He even started to doubt if he just got the wrong words.
Connor only cast the butler a cold glimpse, having no intention to waste time on him.
The butler couldn’t help gasping. He could tell that Connor must be mad and he was not joking. Now he
really regretted losing such a nice job.
After firing the butler, Connor then served Maximilian the best tea by himself. Then he said to him, “Mr.
Lee, I am so sorry. It’s all my fault.”
“It doesn’t matter.” Maximilian waved his hand.
Actually, Maximilian didn’t mind it. But he also knew that Connor didn’t mean it as he had nothing to do
with it.
Besides, Maximilian hadn’t ever cared about anything luxurious. So he was okay with even the worst
tea.
Connor said to Tia, “Just come back to your room. I have something to talk to Mr. Lee.”
Tia made a cute face and then left.
Connor then looked at Maximillian seriously while speaking, “Mr. Lee, I have something to ask. May I?”
Hearing that, Maximiliam was a bit surprised. But he didn’t refuse. Instead, he agreed, “Of course, just
go ahead. I can give you an answer if I can.”
Hearing that, Connor was delighted and then he talked about his worry, “Now the only thing worries me
is that the leader of the Sakura Kingdom might come for trouble again. Perhaps now his assassins
