"Kid, if I'm of no use, it's your Mommy who is unlucky," Heinz said.
"My Mommy won't be unlucky."
"You are not your Mommy," Heinz replied. "Your Mommy's happiness depends on me. You'd better
understand this. You'd better pray that I can be strong and healthy enough to bring never ending
happiness to your Mommy."
Little Gary was at a loss for words. He frowned and a sign of struggle flashed across his little face.
Heinz's ashen face relaxed as soon as he saw Gary's expression.
This kid wanted to pick a fight with him. As his previous method didn't seem to work, Heinz was about
to use his status as the kid's father to win the argument.
Little Gary was silent for a long time. After rolling his big eyes, he suddenly smiled and said, "Why are
you telling me this? If you can't bring Mommy happiness, other uncles can."
Heinz immediately took a deep breath and gritted his teeth. "What did you just say?"
Little Gary's expression changed when he saw Heinz's face. There was a hint of happiness and Gary
said with satisfaction, "Uncle Tyler likes Mommy too. I think that with her beauty, many uncles will fall in
love with Mommy."
Heinz's blood was boiling from exasperation.
This son was sent by God to cause him trouble.
He looked at his son and narrowed his eyes. There was a bright light that shone through his eyes when
he said, "Your Mommy already has the both of you. How many uncles would treat her sincerely?"
"You did it on purpose." Little Gary looked at Heinz. "You said that on purpose."
"Look, you've lost confidence in yourself." Heinz said, "Dear child, let me tell you. There are not many
people in the world who are willing to be other people's stepmothers and the same goes to stepfathers.
Hence, it's always best for a couple to remain in their original marriage."
"Whatever you said left no hope of survival for estranged couples." Little Gary accused Heinz, "Leave
some hope for others. You'd live a better life."
"Well then, you should also leave a way out for me,” Heinz said. "Don't forget to leave your Mommy a
way out too."
"If you said this earlier, I wouldn't have insulted you." Little Gary spread his hands and said, "You are
always so stubborn and you always want to pick a fight with me. Do you think you can beat me?"
Heinz looked at his son silently for a moment. He sighed and stood up. He looked at him again, and
said, "Kid, I can't deal with you anymore. Just you wait. One day, a fierce and scary woman will deal
with you. When the time comes, she will deal with you in ways you could never imagine.”
Little Gary lifted his chin slightly and snorted, "Even if what you said is true, I still have to see if she has
the ability to do so."
"Let's wait and see." Heinz was not a tad bit anxious.
Heinz walked towards the room quickly.
Little Gary looked at Heinz's back and frowned again.
When Heinz entered the room, he noticed that Grace had already helped Little Gary pack up his
clothes and items.
He came from behind her and bent down slightly. He breathed into her ear.
Grace trembled subconsciously as his warm breath travelled down her neck. She felt a little annoyed
and turned around to look at him, "What are you doing?"
"I have a small problem." Heinz said, "Would you like to hear it?"
"Go ahead."
Heinz placed his hands on Grace's waist and acted in a possessive way. "I find that it's useless when I
say anything, but you would do anything if your son is the one who asked."
"You too could not resist our children, am I right?" She glanced at him and smiled slightly. "If you can't
resist them yourself, what makes you think that I could?"
"We owe this to them both." Heinz's eyes became serious. "Hence, I want to give them the best."
"Of course." Grace tugged his hand.
He was too annoying. He liked to rest his hands on her waist, which made her really feel ticklish.
However, Heinz was not satisfied. "Let's hug. You'll get used to it."
"I need to help our children pack things up." Grace said, "Gary's clothes are all in the apartment."
"Mommy, you brought them. Many of our clothes were sent to us this morning; even the labels were not
removed." Ernest immediately said, "There are new shoes too."
Grace was shocked, "Did you make these arrangements?"
"It's from the shopping mall." Heinz said, "All these are from exclusive shops. They have been washed
and dried in special washing machines. It won't be a problem to bring them for tomorrow."
Everything was so well-prepared.
Grace was amazed.
The phone rang suddenly.
Grace glanced at her phone and realized that it was Sonia Yeager who called.
Grace was taken aback and said to Heinz, "This is Sonia's phone number. She actually called me."
"Why is she looking for you?"
"I don't know." Grace was puzzled. "I'll answer the phone first."
Heinz then nodded.
She picked up the phone and said, "Hello."
"Grace. It's me, Sonia." Sonia answered immediately.
Grace's attitude towards Sonia was very calm. "I know it's you."
Sonia thought that Grace would ask why she had called her, but Grace didn't ask.
Sonia paused and said, "I'm sorry, Grace. I want to meet you."
"Why do you want to meet me?" Grace asked softly.
She guessed that Sonia was looking for her because of Simon. She didn't want to be the first to asknovelbin
because she wanted to see what Sonia would say.
"It's regarding Simon." Sonia said, "Grace, please give me a chance. I really want to meet you.
Please?"
"What does Simon's matter have to do with you?" Grace asked calmly. Although Marry was not a good
person, Sonia, who was the mistress in their relationship, was not a good person either.
"I'm begging you, Grace." Sonia said, "Can you please meet with me?"
"What exactly do you want to do?"
"Grace, I'll tell you everything when we meet." Sonia said, "I know that you would not even bother to
meet me."
With such a statement, it wouldn't be nice if Grace did refuse to meet her.
She thought for a moment and said, "Okay, but I don’t have much time."
"It won't take long." Sonia immediately said, "Thank you, Grace. I know you are a good person."
"Where do you want to meet?" Grace asked.
"Wherever you want," Sonia said. "I'll go look for you." "Where are you now?" Grace asked.
"I'm at the entrance of our primary school."
Grace was taken aback. Sonia must have wanted to take advantage of Grace's feelings.
She was one of Grace's primary school classmates. The relationship between them could be regarded
as an old friendship.
Grace thought for a while and said, "Let's meet at the Classic Cafe. We'll meet there."
"Alright." Sonia immediately nodded.
After Grace hung up the phone, she saw that Heinz was frowning. "Why did you agree to meet her?
That woman is not a good person."
"I know, but when I met Simon's parents today, I feel that some matters have to be taken care of
rationally." Grace didn't want things to go too far.
