Chapter 329

Charlie said with a smile on the phone, "Tyler, what's your intention for taking such good care of

Grace's matter?

"Sir, you're teasing me. What intention can I possibly have?" Tyler certainly refused to admit it and tried

to reason out with Professor Ross, "I'm doing this for the sake of your career. In this way, the news can

be spread to the public."

"You br*t." Professor Ross smiled meaningfully and said, "Don't think that I don't know what you're

thinking. You've fallen in love with that girl, right?"

"Ahem," Tyler coughed instantly upon hearing this. He cleared his throat and said, "Sir, quit joking. I'm

a serious person."

"Are you shy?" Professor Ross teased.

"You're also a serious man," Tyler said again. "Please do me a favor by introducing some people to

me."

"At first, I thought that she may be my disciple's future wife. Thus, It's my duty to help. But since you

say that she is not, I have no reason to help you now," Professor Ross said.

Having been put in a difficult situation, Tyler quickly persuaded, "I have an ancient inkstone with me. If I

am not mistaken, it's an object of many centuries ago. I have a bloodstone with me too. It's also from

that era."

Hearing this, Charlie immediately said with excitement, "Give them to me and I'll have a look."

Tyler asked, "Can you do me the favor now?"

"Yes, of course." Professor Ross said without hesitation, "I'll contact the few reliable ones."

"Thank you, Sir," Tyler quickly said gratefully.

"Boy, even if you don't have an inkstone, I will still help you. Grace is not an outsider either. Since it's

our business, I have to help you," Charlie said.

"I knew you'd help,” Tyler smiled and said. "But it was me who brought the matter up. She didn't saynovelbin

anything."

"However, the inkstone and the bloodstone are all prepared for you by Grace's chief editor. I'll send

them to you later," Tyler continued.

"Is that so?" Charlie seemed to have heard it wrong and asked in disbelief, "She's giving it to me for

free?"

"That's right," replied Tyler.

"If that's the case, I don't want it. I'll never take someone else's things for nothing," Charlie refused.

"Then, why don't you draw a painting for them?" Tyler suggested, "Isn't that a good idea to pay them

back in their own coin?"

Charlie thought for a moment and responded, "No problem. However, the inkstone is way too

valuable."

Tyler was quick to compromise, "Then, you can introduce a few more people for them to interview."

"We'll talk more about it when you're here," Charlie replied.

Shortly after, Grace came out and she heard Tyler was on the phone, but he ended the call just

moments later.

When he saw Grace, Tyler asked, "Is the coffee ready?"

"Not yet," Grace shook her head and said, "But, did you ask Professor Ross to help me with the

interview?"

Tyler nodded, "Since you made coffee for me, I have to thank you. I'll provide you with some interview

resources."

Grace looked at Tyler and smiled. She sighed and said, "Thank you, Tyler."

"Don't mention it." Tyler leaned back and said, "Just hurry up and brew me the coffee, I can't wait for it."

"Alright, on your way," Grace answered.

After staying for over half an hour, Grace was ready to leave. Although Tyler wanted to send her back,

Grace turned down his offer.

She took the company car back. When she arrived at the company's entrance, she saw a black Bentley

car parked there.

Grace was immediately stunned and wanted to turn around to leave.

But the next moment, the car door opened.

She saw Heinz walking towards her quickly.

Her heart tightened at the sight of his tall figure approaching her as she didn't know what he was going

to do.

Heinz's face was cold and sullen, and his eyes were filled with complex emotions, deeply fixated on her

face.

Grace took a quick step back and subconsciously tried to avoid him.

She didn't know what he was going to do. She only felt that he was dashing towards her with a

tempestuous gaze.

Grace turned around and wanted to run away. The next second, Heinz grabbed her and carried her

back without saying a word. In an instant, they were in front of the car.

Lester had already got out of the car, opened the door, and helped Heinz to put Grace into the vehicle.

Grace screamed, "Heinz, what are you trying to do?"

"I'll take you to a place," Heinz's voice was also agitated unlike his usual calm tone as he spoke,

sounding as though emotionally unstable.

He quickly got in the car.

"Lester, go to the Alpine Resort," Heinz said.

All of a sudden, Grace's face tensed up as she echoed in her heart, "Alpine Resort?"

She looked at Heinz in astonishment. She was stunned as she looked at the man in front of her. She

could not believe what she had heard.

"Did he find out something?" Grace thought.

Heinz didn't look at her. He was afraid that if he did, he would lose his restrain and have his way with

Grace in front of Lester.

Grace stared at Heinz's side profile which seemed to be very calm. She felt that she might be

overthinking.

Was it a coincidence?

She calmed down a little and said righteously, "Heinz, why are you taking me to the resort?"

Hearing this, Heinz turned his head and looked at Grace with a turbulent of emotions crashing like sea

waves in his eyes.

He stared deeply at Grace for a while, and his heart could no longer calm down.

He didn't want to say anything. He suddenly stretched out his hand, grabbed Grace's slender waist,

and pulled her into his embrace.

This woman was his son's mother.

He had lost his love for women for six years of his life. He had even thought that he would never be

able to be with a woman again for the rest of his life.

However, he had an indescribable liking for Grace's body.

Holding her and thinking of the child she had given birth to, Heinz's heart was filled with excitement. He

tightened his grip on Grace again and held her in his arms.

Grace frowned and shouted unhappily, "Let me go. What are you doing?"

She reached out her hand and pushed him unceremoniously.

Nevertheless, Heinz did not let go of her. Instead, he held her waist tightly and leaned closer to her. He

then whispered in her ear, "Don't move. Let me hold you for a while."

His warm breath laced with the smell of cigarettes made her tremble. She frowned deeper and said in a

clipped tone, "Heinz, let me go."

"Lester is still in the car," Heinz reminded her. "I said, don't move."

Grace was stunned, and the color on her face vanished in an instant, leaving behind a pallid

countenance. Her body was stiff as well.

The tip of the man's nose was against her cheek. She was so angry that she didn't want to talk to him

anymore.

Lester continued to drive the car. He didn't dare to look back at the rear seat and could only stare at the

road ahead.

Heinz pressed his face against Grace's, taking in the faint scent on her body. It seemed that he enjoyed

it very much.

Grace felt as if she was sitting on pins and needles.

After a long while, she couldn't bear it anymore.

Grace's hand stretched backwards, and her fist punched at his vital part directly. At this moment, she

couldn't care less anymore.

"Ouch!" Heinz groaned. He was in such pain that he could not speak. Cold sweats started to form on

his forehead.

D*mned woman, she was going to kill him with that single punch of hers.

He covered his abdomen and sucked a deep breath. It took a long time for him to recover a little.

Then, he looked up at Grace.

Grace's eyes were sharp, glaring at him. Her eyes were accusing him as if to say, "Why are you staring

at me? Who asked you to touch me?"

Heinz pursed his lips and tried to hold back. Suddenly, he smiled. His smile was bright, yet it had a

trace of danger.

Seeing this, Grace panicked and felt a little nervous.

The next second, the man swooped down violently and pressed Grace on the car seat, not caring that

Lester was driving in the front seat.
