Chapter 1666

"Shut up!" Sinclair yelled.

Cindy burst out laughing.

Michael and Monica both looked at them.

After Cindy finished laughing, she stepped on Sinclair's butt without a care if he could stand thepain.

"D*mn it! Ow!" Sinclair immediately cried out in pain.

Cindy looked down at him. "Why are you yelling? This is nothing! You pretend to be all high andmighty in front of me, but what is this? It serves you right that you would never had any kids."

Sinclair and Suanne did not have any children after they got married.

Monica and Michael also had no children.

"You're too much of a scumbag to have a child." Cindy chided Sinclair.

Both Monica and Michael were astonished at her words, and they felt a chill ran through theirbones.

Then, Cindy stepped on Sinclair as hard as she could before she walked over to the sofa besideher.

Michael and Monica were on the sofa. She sat down, propped up her chin, and looked at themindifferently. "Keep going, don't stop on my account."

Monica was restrained by Michael, and she had looked over at Cindy just because of thecommotion. After that, Monica decided to ignore everything else around her.

No one paid attention to Sinclair's whines.

A long time passed before Michael lay spent on the sofa with only a cushion to cover himself. Helooked over at Cindy and asked, "You mentioned that someone was dead. Who is it?"novelbin

Cindy immediately smiled upon hearing Michael's question and said, "Are you talking aboutYannie?"

"Right, that's the one." Michael nodded. "Was she with Sinclair as well?"

"Yup, she was." There was a dangerous glint in Cindy's eyes as she mentioned Yannie's name."She was my childhood friend. We grew up together, and we came to Northern City together. Shehad no idea that I was with Sinclair, and she was working as a nurse in the hospital. We rarely saweach other. However, Sinclair secretly started making his moves on her after he met her. One night, that manwh*re Sinclair went and slept with her in the middle of the night after he slept with me. I getangry whenever I think about it."

"Sinclair is honestly quite a psychopath." Michael looked over at Sinclair as he spoke.

Sinclair's face was ashen and red. When he heard Cindy's words, he immediately retorted, "It wasYannie who seduced me."

Cindy scoffed. "Yannie seduced you? What the f*ck are you talking about? You are reallyshameless! She was working in the hospital, but where were you? There's no reason for you to bethere, so how could she have seduced you? Do I need to elaborate on this?"

Then, Monica suddenly cut in. "It's Sinclair who deceived Yannie, you know? I knew rather clearlyabout this back then, but I only learned about it when she was almost dying, and I heard that she'dpassed away in a mental hospital."

Cindy twitched her lips and her expression was frosty.

On the contrary, Michael was very surprised. "A mental hospital? How did she end up dying there?"

Cindy and Monica exchanged glances, but they kept silent.

Michael saw the look in the two women's eyes and understood immediately. He said, "So, it lookslike both of you know what really happened."

"Of course I do." Monica looked over at Michael and Sinclair, and she fixed her gaze on Sinclair."According to what I heard, Yannie was diagnosed with postpartum depression. I bet you did notknow about this, Sinclair."

"Postpartum depression?" Sinclair was stunned and he paused. "Was she pregnant? Did she givebirth to a baby?"

"Monica, you'd better keep your mouth shut. Don't spew nonsense. If not, Yannie will haunt you."Cindy reminded Monica harshly.

Her warning tone made them feel that there was more to the situation.

Sinclair and Michael's curiosities were piqued.

Sinclair slowly rose from the ground and walked over and lay on the sofa. He looked at Cindy andsaid slowly, "Let Monica speak. I want to know what happened. Stop interrupting her."

Monica glanced at Cindy, as if challenging her and spoke with sarcasm and provocation. "Cindy, what do you think? Should I tell Sinclair the secret?"

"Secret?" Sinclair immediately became agitated. "Tell me now, Monica. I need to know if Yannie gotpostpartum depression after she gave birth. Is the child mine?"

Monica glanced at Cindy provocatively.

Cindy narrowed her eyes at Monica and said, "Think this through, Monica. Don't try me, or elseyou'll face unimaginable consequences. I ruined you and Sinclair, and I could very well kill you if youdon't control your mouth."

Monica scoffed and said as she was threatened, "I'm actually quite glad to see you being soanxious. Every time we talk about the child, you get so agitated. I guess the kid was really out ofyour expectations, huh?"

Sinclair growled, "Monica, what's going on? Don't hide it from me, or I'll be pissed. You know whatI'm like and you know my temperament. I won't let anyone keep me in the dark."

Monica stared at Cindy as she answered Sinclair. "You're right, Yannie did give birth to a baby, andboy, it was a beautiful child indeed."

"Monica Wilbur!" Cindy pounced on Monica and pinned her to the ground, strangling her. Shethreatened Monica, saying, "How dare you say it! You're despicable! I'll kill you!"

Sinclair rushed over and tried to pull Cindy off Monica.

Seeing the situation, Michael immediately reached forward then shoved Sinclair aside. "Stop it.Leave them and let them talk. I want to know what's going on too."

Sinclair was hurled against the sofa and he slumped onto it. His wounds bled again, and the painwas excruciating.

He frowned and his features were contorted in agony.

"Ugh, ow..."

Meanwhile, Cindy still kept strangling Monica while Monica didn't give in to her either. The both ofthem fought furiously, and Monica scratched Cindy, leaving streaks of blood all across her body.

Then, Cindy slapped Monica so hard she saw stars.

"I'll say it anyway, Cindy! The more you stop me, the more I'll say it! That child belongs to Sinclairand Yannie! You were extremely jealous that Yannie got pregnant with Sinclair's child, and you toldYannie's father that she was pregnant out of wedlock. Back then, people are still rather conservativeand hence, Yannie's father was pissed and he locked her away. She eventually gave birth to adaughter, but you took her away and sent Yannie to a mental hospital in secretly, and let her die inthere. She was grateful to you up until she died as she thought you were helping her, but little didshe know that you were one of the

people that caused her death."

Monica managed to get the key points of the story out even thought she was being strangled.

Sinclair was stunned. "My daughter? Yannie and I have a daughter? Where is she? Cindy, tell mewhere my daughter is!"
