state, the only explanation for him to address Leon so respectfully was that Leon worked for the
Dragon Corps as well.
There was even a chance that Leon had higher status and power than Howard, or he would not be so
respectful.

possibly be a member of the Dragon Corps with higher status than Howard?

invited him over to welcome him here."
