Osbert stretched out as he exited the research room, a pleasant smile on his face.

Neera grinned and said, "Okay."
She used the opportunity to invite Osbert and Luigi.

Neera lifted a glass in appreciation of everyone and grinned imperturbably.
The atmosphere at this event was wonderful, and it was quite lively. Neera joined them for a couple of drinks andwas joyful. By the time it was over, she had started to feel a little tipsy.
Jean was the only one at the table who didn't drink, aside from the triplets. The other three were long ago drunkand unconscious. Jean called Ian and told him to send the drunks back. Auntie Zuniga also took the tripletsupstairs for a wash and nap.
The triplets chuckled as they walked away.
"Uncle Jean, Mommy will leave it to you; you must take care of her!” They spoke, then giggled and took off.
Only Neera and Jean remain downstairs. The man observed the kids flee. He could not help but chuckle.
He shook his head and asked softly, "Can you get up?" while looking down at Neera.
Neera responded slowly, merely saying "hmm" in a fog. She rose and stood up as a result, feeling a little
lightheaded and shaky in her steps. Fortunately, Jean caught her, preventing her from falling.
Neera used the opportunity to embrace the man's neck. This was the first time she went out of her way to hugJean. Jean was a little taken aback.
"What's the matter?” He asked softly while holding her body steady and cradling her in his arms.
Neera shook her head and gave him a drunken expression.
"I just want to say thank you. Although I know you don't want to hear it, I still want to thank you, Jean, foreverything you have done for me, for spending so much time gathering proof and providing clarification, and Ialso want to say that it's wonderful to have you."
Jean's heart softened as he simply listened to her whispering his name. Not to mention, she spoke in such anattractive manner.
Jean grabbed her even tighter, pressing his forehead into her and uttering a low "En."
"If I did so well, are there any rewards? He gently inquired as he looked at her somewhat inebriated face.
Neera gave him a serious look before smiling and saying, "Yes."
She took the initiative to lean over and kiss him after speaking. Unable to resist, Jean soon returned the kiss. Thetwo kissed inseparably under the beautiful crystal lights.
