“Mr. White’s mother,” the man replied.
Lillian was stunned. “Callum’s mother? Although I was in a relationship with Callum, I had never seenhis mother before. Callum once said that he would take me to see his mother when his status in theWhite family had stabilized. Who would’ve known that I would only meet his mother five years later?”she thought.
“How do I know if she has sent you here?” Lillian remained vigilant. After all, she didn’t want to bekidnapped again.
Hearing that, the man took out his phone. After a while, he connected to the other end of the video call.Lillian only saw an elegant and luxurious woman in front of the camera. The woman said indifferently,“Ms. Quinn, I’m Callum’s mother. I want to see you.”

The video call ended, and Lillian followed the man into a car parked on the roadside. The car drove allthe way to a private club.
When Lillian met Ysabel, she was in the private room of a private club. Ysabel, dressed in brandedclothes and conspicuous jewelry, sat on a couch, holding a cup of coffee and sipping it. Right next toher, there was a barista making coffee for her.
Ysabel looked at Lillian lazily and asked, “Ms. Quinn, do you want a drink?”
Lillian politely refused, “No. Thank you.” After all, due to her health, she couldn’t drink coffee.
