The Omnipotent Lord clapped his hands and laughed out loud. “Haha. Don’t disappoint me, James. Ihope you can defeat Briscoe and become the Deputy Universe Lord. Then, we can join forces andvanquish the Dark World together.”
James’ frowned at the Omnipotent Lord’s words. He suspected that the Omnipotent Lord’s currentstrength and legion of of powerhouses were all acquired through the Watchers. However, he obliviousto the Dark World’s circumstances and was still trying to conquer it.
Did the Watchers help him while keeping him in the dark?
James did not dwell on the question for too long and asked, “Where will the battle be held?”
The Omnipotent gave it some consideration and said, “After I merged the twelve universes to form aSuper Universe, the space in the new universe has become very stable.
However, I’m sure a battle between two Nine-Power Macrocosm Ancestral Gods will be verydestructive and lay waste to the surroundings. How about we hold it in the Chaos when the timecomes?”
“Alright.” James nodded.
Then, he turned around and left the main hall. After James departed, he descended to the foot ofMount Ancestre. He hopped back onto the big black cow, patted his back, and said, “Let’s head toMount Nine-Saints.”.
Mount Nine-Saints was Mirabelle’s cultivation sanctuary. Mirabelle became James’ disciple to learnhow to cultivate the Chaos Path. James had no recent intel on the Omnipotent Lord, so he wanted toask Mirabelle since she had been living in the First District this whole time.
Meanwhile, Briscoe waited until James had left Mount Ancestre’s main hall before finally revealing histhoughts.
“My Lord, we can’t trust James. Why bother recruiting him? It’s best just to dispose of him.”
The Omnipotent Lord dismissed Briscoe’s concernsand said, “I’ve got a plan.”
“Alright.”
Hearing the Omnipotent Lord’s assurance, Briscoe dropped the matter.
The Omnipotent Lord urged his men, “Hurry up and find the Macrocosm Cores formed by UniverseSeeds. We need to stimulate their formation and merge them to create a major world.”

“Alright, everyone’s dismissed.” The Omnipotent Lord sent them away. The Macrocosm Ancestral Godsin the main hall dispersed.
James, on the other hand, was making his way toward Mount Nine-Saints riding atop Quiomars.
“Quiomars, you’ll have to restrain yourself in the First District. Don’t expose your strength so readily.The situation is getting much more complicated, and I’m worried the Watchers are already on themove,” James reminded Quiomars.
Quiomars thought about his words. “Master, these Watchers have lurked in hiding ever since. So whyare they suddenly taking action?”
James thought to himself. After a while, he replied, ‘These Watchers haven’t really hidden themselves.In the past, they showed up and killed the three hundred Dark Lords. They took action because theDark Lords’ collective strength had threatened them. I’m guessing…”
Pausing for a moment, he then continued, “I think it’s the same this time since I displayed my ChaosPower. Since these Watchers are from the Greater Realms, they should be familiar with the DoomRace’s Chaos Power. They must have considered me a threat and are acting accordingly.”
Quiomars asked, “If that’s the case, they could’ve just attacked you directly. Why would they need to gouse such convoluted methods to kill you?”
James murmured troubledly, “Perhaps their target isn’t me. They might have discovered myrelationship with Thea and are trying to use me to get to her.”
“I see.”
Quimoars stopped asking questions.
James broke the silence, saying, “I don’t know the exact details. I’ll have to figure things out as we go.In short, we’ll have to be very careful since Watchers could be following us.”
