Chapter 333

Chapter 333

Henry nodded, but he did not leave.

“What’s wrong? Is there anything else?” Timothy looked over at Henry.

“There is something…” Henry scratched his head, not knowing what to say next.

Timothy laughed teasingly as he saw Henry’s hesitation. “Look at you, acting like this. Do you mean totell me you’re in love?”

“No one’s chasing me, so who will I date?” Henry felt extremely heartbroken each time he spoke of thismatter.

I can also be considered a small-scale business owner. But in the end, Tim still receives more attentionfrom the ladies when we return to school.

Timothy continued his guesses, utterly oblivious to Henry’s inner thoughts. “Then, do you want to borrowmoney?”

Henry was speechless. Do I look like someone who’s really short on money?

Eventually, Henry did not wait for Timothy to continue guessing, and he directly said what he wanted tosay just now, “I just wanted to ask you about our sister… Tess’ life abroad.”

“Our sister? That’s my sister!”

Timothy suddenly felt like his beloved toy was being snatched away as he looked at Henry indissatisfaction.

However, Henry didn’t care as he continued gaily and said, “We had gone through so many tough timestogether. So, it’s natural for me to regard your sister as my sister. Come on, tell me. Is Tess doing wellabroad?”

“Why do you care so much whether Tess is doing well or not? Don’t tell me… I’m telling you. Tess hassomeone she likes.” Timothy stared at Henry with a strange yet defensive look.

Timothy’s wild imagination honestly had Henry exasperated as he retorted, “It’s true! I’m just asking!”

However, one could not blame Henry for wanting to know about Tessa’s situation so

much. In fact, he was one of the few who knew that Tessa was forced away. Moreover, she was forced toleave to save Henry’s father. Therefore, he always felt guilty whenever he thought about her.

Timothy replied honestly after sensing that Henry was indeed just concerned, “Tess is doing wellabroad.”

Henry breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing the good news. After joking with Timothy for a while, he leftthe office.

Finally getting off work that evening, Timothy simply tidied up the desk. Then, he picked up his suit jacketon the back of the chair and Henry’s business proposal. Then, he walked out of the office.

As he made his way out of the company, he did not expect to stumble upon the unreasonable and meanAmber at the company’s entrance.

Likewise, Amber also noticed Timothy, and a trace of annoyance instantly appeared on her aging face. Then, she strode toward Timothy.novelbin

His facial expression slightly darkened as he looked at the clearly hostile Amber. Then, he directlydisregarded her presence and walked over from the side.

When Amber saw this, she was extremely furious

“Stop right there, Timothy!”

“What do you want?”

Timothy, who was wearing a black suit, suddenly turned around. A hint of coldness appeared on hishandsome face, exuding an intimidating aura.

For a moment, Amber was unnerved. However, when she regained her senses, she felt even moreenraged and scolded, “Timothy, what’s with this attitude when talking to your elders?”

“This is my attitude toward you,” Timothy said, still expressionless. Yet, he could feel his patience wasrunning out at the same time, “If you have nothing to say, I’m leaving”

“I do have something to say!” Amber stepped forward and spread her hands out as she stepped in frontof Timothy to stop him from leaving. “You and Tessa have ruined this family. Your father is missing. Now,I’m just a poor old lady that doesn’t have enough money for food. It’s all your fault!”

When Silas kidnapped Henry, he probably knew he might be going to prison for that. So, he ran awaywith the cash and valuables at home overnight. Up to today, his whereabouts were still unknown.

Initially, Timothy was not aware of these things. But now that Amber spilled the beans, he only feltvindicated. He sneered as he looked at her. “What does this have to do with me? You dug your owngrave, so lie in it.”

“You son of a b*tch! Who taught you all these?!”

At this moment, she was foaming at the mouth at his attitude. “As expected from an ill-bred ingrate. Ishould have asked your father to strangle you and Tessa to death when you two were born.”
