Chapter 1312

However, the room was now empty.

None of the supplies Sean sent were left. Not even a bed.

“Well…”

May gritted her teeth slightly as if she had something to say.

“Aunt May, what are you not telling me?”

Caitlyn was aggrieved as she spoke.

When she took the children to breakfast this morning, she was going to bring out the milk and give

each child a bottle.

However, she opened the door to find it empty with all the supplies gone.

When she asked May, May stammered and did not say anything.

It made Caitlyn uncomfortable.

“Madam Randall, you didn’t secretly sell these things, did you?”

One of the caretakers asked, frowning.

The two caretakers were employees of the orphanage.

However, they did not see May as their boss because they were volunteers and did not receive a

penny for their work.

They sincerely wanted to do something for the orphanage.

They felt uncomfortable when they saw it.

“I didn’t.”

May whispered back, shaking her head.

“I believe Aunt May won’t do such a thing.

“If she wanted to do that, she wouldn’t have to wait until now.”

Caitlyn frowned slightly and said as she looked at the two caretakers.

She did not know where the supplies went.

However, she would never suspect May of selling them for money.

“Where on earth did they go?”

“Although the orphanage doesn’t belong to us, we have an obligation as volunteers to supervise

everything here.”

“The supplies Mr. Lennon sent over belong to no one but the orphanage.”

The two caretakers looked at Caitlyn as they spoke gravely.

“Aunt May, tell us where they went.

“You were alone in the orphanage yesterday. Don’t you know where they’ve gone?”

Caitlyn asked helplessly, looking at May.

They did not think a thief came along and stolen the supplies, novelbin

What place was this? It was an orphanage!

Those supplies were sent by charitable people.

Even people with the hardest lives would not steal the orphanage’s supplies if they had any

conscience.

Therefore, they knew well that May must know the truth.

May must have known exactly where the supplies were going.

“Stop asking.

“We can survive without them.”

May was silent for a moment before letting out a long sigh. She waved her hand and prepared to enter

the building.

Honk honk!

Just then, two car horns rang outside.

Caitlyn and her friends‘ heads turned at once to look outside the door.

They only saw Sean and Zander pull up, get out of the car, and hurry toward the orphanage.

“Catie, Aunt May, what’s happened?”

Sean frowned slightly, a little nervous.

However, seeing Caitlyn and May safe and sound was a big relief for Sean.

“Brother Sean, the supplies are gone.”

Caitlyn was silent for two seconds before pointing to the empty warehouse after all.

“The supplies are gone? What do you mean?”

Sean was confused for a second.

“Mr. Lennon, the supplies you sent over have all disappeared.

“We asked Madam Randall, and she said she didn’t know why.”

One of the caretakers looked at May with a frown, speaking in an accusatory tone.
