Chapter 863 Dodge

“Of course, there’s more. During the day, I also went to Green Mountain Monastery and taught anungrateful monk there a lesson, Alex uttered casually, not taking the newcomer seriously.

He leaped down from the roof and landed right in front of Fonzo, stirring up a cloud of dust.novelbin

“So, it was you who caused trouble at Green Mountain Monastery in the morning. I shall deal with youtoday by crippling you and hanging you at the entrance of Green Mountain Monastery to let everyonesee the consequences of stirring a ruckus at the monastery! Fonzo roared.

The incident during the day was a significant provocation to Green Mountain Monastery’s prestige.Even if the Wallace family didn’t contact him, Fonzo would have still sought out Alex.

“Are you the Wallace family’s subordinate? It seems that the matter of harvesting children’s organs isrelated to you as well,” Alex said coldly.

Following Fonzo’s advent and listening to his words, Alex had roughly wrapped his mind around the

situation.

The two Green Mountain Monasteries actually served the same purpose. Green Mountain Monastery,on the surface, seemed to be a place to accumulate wealth. Their primary goal was to attract touristswith the gimmick of divine powers to lure prey for the underground Green Mountain Monastery.

You’ve got some nerves, Green Mountain Monastery, claiming you’re a place of worship! Alex finallysaw through the whole picture.

Fonzo showed no inclination to answer Alex even after listening to the latter’s questions. Instead, hedirectly attacked, intending to eliminate the young man before him, settling the new and old scores

between them in one go.

Even after learning Alex was a Mortal Force cultivator, he didn’t believe Alex to be exceptionallyformidable. He reckoned Alex was, at most, a little more skilled than a martial artist for defeating GreenMountain Monastery’s Antoine.

Fonzo was over sixty years old and had attained Master Realm, which was difficult for most people toachieve. Not to mention, he possessed the strength of a third-phase Master.

Some people might never reach that level in their lifetime. With his current level of cultivation, Fonzoconsidered himself an existence that could dominate the real world, so he naturally didn’t take theyoung man in his twenties before him seriously.

“You’re courting death!” Alex bellowed, and the string of prayer beads on his hand snapped. He pickedup a bead and flicked it toward Alex’s forehead.

The prayer bead was laced with the Mortal Force of a third-phase Master. Fonzo was almost certainthat Alex wouldn’t survive his attack.

Looking at the bead shooting toward him, Alex showed no signs of panic. He lifted his leg and kickedthe bead away.

The bead hit a nearby wall, instantly boring a small round hole in the wall.

He manage to dodge the bead? Fonzo was taken aback.

He was under the assumption that the prayer bead would undoubtedly kill Alex. Unexpectedly, Alex

Realizing he had underestimated Alex, Fonzo started taking the fight seriously, seeing Alex wasn’t assimple an opponent as he thought. The next second, Fonzo hurled all the prayer beads in his hand at

Alex without hesitation.

“You might’ve been able to dodge one, but can you dodge so many?” Fonzo said.

Alex sneered and hastily strode up to the giant bell in the monastery’s courtyard. He lifted it and flung itat

Fonzo.

Fonzo’s prayer beads were all blocked by the iron bell. However, the bell didn’t lose its momentum as itcontinued crashing down at Fonzo with an unstoppable force.

Fonzo’s expression changed drastically at that sight. It was too late for him to sidestep now, so hecould only stretch out his hands to catch the charging bell.

Boom!

A thunderous sound erupted when Fonzo’s palms made contact with the iron bell. Still, his effort to haltthe bell was for naught.

Fonzo was sent staggering dozens of steps backward by the impact, only stopping when he was aboutto reach the wall.

He grimaced and spewed out a mouthful of blood. The next moment, a small patch of ground near hisfeet was stained red.
