Chapter 1234

“Alex, you’ve abandoned me. I don’t want to live like this anymore. Please, can you give me anotherchance?” Heather held onto the man in front of her tightly, her voice choking with sobs as she began tocry.

What Heather didn’t realize was that the man she was holding was not Alex but rather a man in hisearly thirties. Judging by his designer clothes, it was clear he was no ordinary person.

The man had stepped out to make a call. He was deeply engaged in conversation when he suddenly.bumped into a woman. Not only did the woman cry in his arms, but she was also calling out another

man’s name.

Feeling angry, Frank abruptly pulled Heather off him. However, he was taken aback when he saw herface.

Oh my goodness! Isn’t she just stunningly beautiful? Of all the women he had toyed around with beforethis, she was the prettiest.

Frank didn’t mind whose name she was calling at the moment, not even if it was his father’s name.

“Why are you crying, beautiful? Let me comfort you. I’ll take good care of you today!” Frank said with amischievous smile, hugging Heather tightly as if afraid she would run away.

Alex, please don’t abandon me. Don’t marry Kate. I beg you. Please don’t marry another woman, okay? Heather’s mind was a jumbled mess. She had no idea who the man in front of her was.

Frank dragged her along, and Heather found herself following him into the men’s restroom without asecond thought.

At that moment, Alex emerged from the restroom after washing his hands, only to see Heather nestledin the arms of another man as they headed toward the restroom.

It was clear as day what a woman following a man into a men’s restroom would entail.

“What are you looking at? Do you think you can lay eyes on my woman? Better keep your littlethoughts to yourself, or else I’ll have someone beat you to death! Frank said, somewhat displeased ashe noticed Alex constantly staring at the beautiful woman in his arms.

At that moment, Heather, who was nestled in Frank’s arms, murmured, “Alex, please, I beg you toforgive me… Forgive me…”

Frank wrapped his arms around Heather’s slender waist and laughed. “Darling, I forgive you right now.I’ll let you experience what heaven feels like, my little beauty!”

Catching Alex still staring at them from the corner of his eye, Frank grew angry. Annoyed, he said toAlex, “Had enough of gawking, have you? Even if you keep looking, a beauty like this will never beyours. Give up that pipe dream of yours and scram. Stop being a bloody eyesore.”

Alex sneered as he grabbed Frank’s hand resting on Heather’s waist. Crack! With a forceful tug.Frank’s hand immediately drooped down.

It was immediately followed by a scream akin to a pig being slaughtered. Frank no longer had themood to embrace Heather as he clutched his broken hand and wailed in agony.novelbin

Previously, when Heather hugged this man, Alex thought she was deliberately throwing herself at him.He couldn’t be bothered to say anything toward such a promiscuous woman. After all, they werealready divorced and didn’t have anything to do with each other anymore.

However, seeing Heather drunk and still calling his name over and over, Alex knew she must have

of pity. mistaken him for someone else. Hearing her plead for forgiveness, he felt a momentary pangwhich is why he decided to intervene.

“How dare you break my hand? I’ll tear you to pieces, you little b*stard! If you’ve got the guts, don’t runaway. I’m going to call for backup right now!” Frank’s face was flushed with anger as he had neverbeen so humiliated before.

How dare this pretty face compete with me for a woman? This is unbearable. Besides, he even brokemy hand. I can’t let this slide no matter what.

Pulling out his phone from his pocket, Frank made a call. “Mr. Dunn, you need to come over. Somepunk here is trying to steal my girl without any regard for right or wrong, and he even broke my arm.Bring some of our guys, I want to teach this guy a lesson he won’t forget.”
