Chapter 2992

Serenity changed the subject.

She did not want to talk about the Browns anymore.

Liberty chuckled. “Do you think I have super speed or that I’m a goddess, able to handle everything in a

flash?

“The company’s only just been established. We’re still recruiting heavily.

“There’s no need to worry about business though—I might have started the company, but in truth, it’s

just a subsidiary of York Corporation. Zack and Duncan own all the shares. I’m just an employee.”

The company that she started was involved in an industry overlapping with that of Fisher Enterprise,

specifically targeting them. She was obviously trying to steal their business.

Serenity laughed. “You’re not an employee, you’re the boss. Does your company offer meals and

accommodation? You have a cafeteria, right? Don’t you need vegetables and fruits? Don’t forget to

give your sister a chance to work together.”

She and her friends had started an agriculture company growing fields after fields of fresh produce.

They had no shortage of vegetables throughout the year.

She handled the supply of vegetables for many large companies, schools, and hotels in Wiltspoon.

She also had many customers outside of Wiltspoon.

All in all, the future looked bright for her company.

Now, she rarely visited the vegetable farms. Elisa had told her that they needed to rent more barren

fields to turn into vegetable farms.

Expanding their farms meant that they were expanding their business.

Liberty laughed. “I just established my company and I still don’t have that many employees yet. I do

have a cafe and dorms for them, but only the managers get their food and accommodation fully

covered. The company sponsors 70% of the cost of the regular employees’ food and accommodation,

and only charges them 30% of the cost.

“We only need a few pounds of vegetables every day. You probably wouldn’t be interested in a small

order like that. The cost of transport would probably outweigh any profit you’d get.

“Once my company and the number of employees grow, I’ll definitely order from you.”

Serenity said, “If I had a wholesaler based there, it would be possible. An order is still an order, whether

big or small. Liberty, have you been to the rural areas around Jensburg? Are there any barren fields? I

could expand my farming business to Jensburg.”

As long as they managed to rent a field and hire workers, they could start working.

Then, they could establish a branch company over there and work with Jensburg’s major hotels and

companies, just like they did in Wiltspoon.

“I haven’t managed to visit. Most of my business has been in the city itself. The furthest I’ve been are

the suburbs and they seldom have fields for farming there. Only the villages further outside the city

have fields.

“Next week, I’ll make some time to take a trip around the rural areas and let you know then.”

“You’re indeed busy. You don’t have to do a minor thing like that yourself. Just get Jim to make the trip.”

Serenity thought that expanding her business to Jensburg was not a bad idea.

She would be able to fight at her sister’s side and weather the storms together.

After all, she was also her mother’s daughter and her grandmother’s descendant.

“Alright, then. I’ll get someone to take a look for you. But do you have the time to run around handling

these things right now?”

“Elisa’s gotten the hang of it now too. She completely understands what sort of vegetables to plant and

which vegetables handle shipping better now too.”

Ever since they started the company together and through visits to the farms, Elisa slowly gained the

same understanding.

She said that she only found her purpose after starting the business with Serenity.
