“Good night,” Serenity said before closing the door.
Zachary stood by the door outside.
Although he was the one who suggested himself sleeping in the study, being pushed out by Serenity
and watching her close the door made him feel like he was being chased out.

When Zachary woke up the next day, Serenity was already awake and had prepared a glass of water
with honey added for him.
“Good morning, babe.”
Serenity had already fed Sonny breakfast.
She was leading Sonny out of the dining area while holding his bag when she spotted Zachary, who
had come downstairs.
After greeting him, she said, “I prepared some honey water for you. Remember to drink it.”
Although Zachary was not drunk last night, he mentioned downing strong alcohol.
Serenity had been worried that he would get a headache when he woke up, so she prepared honey
water for him.
‘Zachary is really fortunate to have such an attentive wife,’ Serenity complimented herself inwardly.
“Okay. I’ll drink it later. You woke up early today, Seren.”
Zachary was usually the early riser between them.
“Mm, Sonny was up early.”
“Uncle Zak,” Sonny greeted.
Zachary patted his head and said, “Be a good boy in school, okay?”
Sonny replied, “I’ve always been a good boy. The teachers and classmates like me.”
“Yes. Everyone adores you.”
Zachary smiled and pinched Sonny’s cheek lightly.
Sonny added smugly, “Of course. I’m the most lovable and handsome boy in Wiltspoon.”
Serenity tapped his head softly. “You must’ve learned this from Rowan.”
Rowan loved to describe himself as the most handsome man in Wiltspoon.
Since Sonny often hung out with him, he probably caught it from him.
He simply laughed.
“Mom and Dad aren’t up yet. When they do, tell them not to wait for me to have lunch. I won’t be
coming back.”
Serenity would be returning to the company after taking Sonny to school.
During afternoons, she would either have lunch with Zachary at Wiltspoon Hotel or meet her clients.
She was a busy person as well.
“Okay.”
Zachary stared at his wife and said, “Tell the driver to drive carefully.”
“I’m driving myself today.”
“All the more reason to be careful.”

She passed Sonny his bag as they walked out and the little guy carried it.
The bag was light, with only a book, a set of clothes, and a towel in it.
