“You haven’t recovered completely, and as your family and friend, I have to take good care of you
whenever you’re with me. If not, Callum would hold me accountable, or even worse, he might stop you
from coming to hang out with me again.”
Camryn said, “If he dares to do that, I will pinch his ear.”
Serenity giggled. “Have you ever pinched his ears?”
Camryn was silent for a while before she said no.
Serenity laughed heartily.
Camryn was always gentle and graceful in front of Callum. She rarely showed her cold and ruthless
side to him, even though Callum knew she was not as gentle as she appeared.

“What are you talking about? You guys are smiling so brightly. I’ve only been away to get some water,
and you are already talking about something funny. Share it with me, and let me join in on the fun!”
Jasmine came over with two cups of water, setting them down on the table as she asked.
