Chapter 2840

Quinn asked him while smiling.

“As a matter of fact, I did. It’ll bring tens of millions of profit. I’ll treat everyone to a meal to celebrate

tonight.”

Quinn said, “Don’t do that. Cooking more dishes at home will do. Eating at a hotel is expensive. My

mom won’t think it’s worth it. She’ll just nag at us youngsters wasting money. She often says that the

money spent on a meal at a hotel can be used to buy enough ingredients for a banquet.”

Julian knew Zoey did not really mean what she said. If he did treat her to a hotel meal, she would be

more eager than anyone else. She would even dress up gorgeously and look like Quinn’s sister.

He said, “It’s okay. I’m immune to Zoey’s nagging. Money earned should be spent. We should enjoy life

and not mistreat ourselves.”

When Julian first started staying with the Crawfords, they thought he would only be visiting for a couple

of days. However, he had yet to leave. The Crawfords did not say anything because he was already

treated as family. Zoey also started nagging at him whenever she thought he did anything wrong.

“Why did you call?”

Quinn rarely called Julian. It was usually the other way around.

Julian was concerned and thought she needed his help.

Quinn smiled. “Nothing. My students were talking about you. They asked when would you have time to

come over. They miss you.”

Julian had previously brought Quinn and her students around Wiltspoon for sightseeing and food

hunting. He even gave each of the students a present. Ever since he arrived in Summervale, he would

watch the children practice martial arts at the gym whenever he was free and he would bring them food

too.

The children adored him. They would ask for him if they had not seen him for more than three days.

“My work is settled, so I’ll rest for a few days. I’ll visit them after I get off work. What do you guys want

to eat? I’ll get them for everyone. My treat.”

The gym consisted of Quinn’s seniors, juniors, and students—these were people Julian wanted to

impress.

Anyone who was not blind could probably notice his love for Quinn.

However, she had only still treated him as a brother.

“What about fried chicken?”

“Okay. I’ll let them know. They’ll be delighted. Don’t tell my mom, though. She’ll nag again when she

finds out.

“You’re my students’ favorite person now.”

Quinn sounded jealous.

Before Julian came, she was the most popular coach in the gym.

Julian had the money and abilities. Once he arrived, her innocent students and even training mates got

along with him almost immediately. They often complimented him in front of her.

Julian grinned. He said, “That’s because they love fried chicken.”

“Don’t you have any business engagements at night?”

“Nope.” Updated at Draм??оvels.cоmnovelbin

Julian thought, ‘I’m using all that time to woo my future wife.’

Courting the love of his life was definitely more important than meetings.
