Kevin took the elevator to the top floor.
As soon as he walked out, he saw Hayden escorting a client to the elevator with a few young women
behind them. Based on their clothing, they were probably the client’s secretaries.
Neither the client nor Kevin knew each other.
Kevin stood aside to avoid getting in Hayden’s way.
She saw the client off downstairs personally.
Hayden’s secretary glanced at Kevin, who hinted at her with his eyes to follow Hayden and ignore him.
He was fine on his own.
He could not be more familiar with Hayden’s office and lounge.
After the group entered the elevator, he went into her office.
He first made himself a cup of coffee. Just as he sat on the sofa, Hayden returned.
“So what happened after last night’s incident?” Hayden asked as she walked toward him.
“The family of the bodyguard who died in Liberty’s stead had gone over for settlements. The Fisher
family and the insurance company each will pay his family a sum of money. All of their bodyguards are
insured.
“I’ll let Liberty know about this afterward. We can go over and have a look in the evening. Even if the
bodyguard was a victim of Madam Fisher’s scheme, we should still visit his family and compensate
them.”
The car crash was temporarily categorized as an accident.
Without sufficient evidence to prove that it was Belinda’s doing, they had to put on a show to prevent

After sitting, she whispered to Kevin, “I heard Hunter castrated himself. He and Madam Fisher are
vicious.
“However, only castration will stop a cheating man from thinking about having an affair again.”

Kevin squeezed his thighs together with a smile. “Don’t worry, Hayden. I’ll never cheat on you. Marry
me, and you’ll have my absolute loyalty. The York family’s men are loyal to their marriages, love, and
family.”
Hayden chuckled. “Don’t all men say the same thing before tying the knot? After the marriage, many
have gone against their own marriage vows.
“Kevin, I actually approve of Madam Fisher’s actions this time. If you dare cheat on me, the only
choices you get are divorce or castration.”
Kevin’s gaze turned serious. He said, “That’ll never happen, Hayden.”
Hayden caressed his face.
She rarely did such intimate actions.
“I believe you,” Hayden said softly and placed a soft kiss on his cheek.
When she was about to pull away, Kevin put his arms around her and kissed her.
After a long and tender kiss, Hayden was short of breath. She pushed him away and went to sit on the
single-seated sofa.
“Is Liberty okay?”
