Chapter 2672

Hayden glanced at Kevin.

Kevin rubbed his nose and smiled. “You cooked well. It’s delicious.”

“Then, I’ll shamelessly mooch some of it. I won’t disturb you two anymore. I'll rest up downstairs.”

Liberty tactfully made space for the young couple to have their alone time.

She had just returned to her room and sat on the sofa without the chance to reply to Duncan’s

messages when she heard a knock on the door.

“Who is it?” Liberty asked while getting to the door.

It was someone from the hotel.

Upon seeing the door open, the hotel staff smiled and said, “Ms. Liberty? Here’s a letter for you.”

With that, Liberty was handed a letter.

She took the envelope and thanked the staff member.

Back in the room, she curiously opened the envelope, finding only a small note inside.

The content of the note was simple, stating a certain address in Jensburg.

Below the address was a sentence: [Ms. Hunt, go alone. I will ensure your safety. Don’t let anyone find

out.]

The letter was signed by “Fletched”.

Fletcher?

Fletcher who?

Mr. Fletcher?

Liberty could not recall anyone with the name Fletcher and speculated that it might be a surname.

Someone with the surname Fletcher...

There seemed to be a person surnamed Fletcher around Caroline. At the opening of All You Can Eat

Restaurant, Caroline arranged for Mr. Fletcher to bring her a congratulatory gift.

It seemed like Caroline wanted to meet her.

This had to be handled very discreetly.

After checking the time, Liberty acted swiftly. From her luggage, she pulled out a box of black masks

and took two of them, along with sunglasses, plain old clothes, and a wig.

After disguising herself, she quietly exited the room taking her phone and the letter.

Upon her arrival in Jensburg, Kevin had promptly arranged two cars for her and the bodyguards to use.

He gave her the car key.

Heading straight to the basement parking, she remembered that Kevin mentioned the cars were parkednovelbin

in section D and their plate numbers.

She only had to find the car Kevin lent her.

The parking lot was vast, filled with plenty of vehicles, making it difficult to locate the cars.

She opted for the bodyguard’s car, wanting to be low-key and harder to be spotted.

If Caroline was aware of her presence, surely, Belinda Fisher would too. Who knew if Belinda might set

up an unexpected trap?

It was best to stay discreet.
