Chapter 2644

“Once you’re outside, your survival will depend on you alone. Don’t think I’ll go soft on you just because

you’re my children. Those who betray me never end up well.”

“We’re sorry, Mom. We’ll never give Dad any money again.”

Adrian quickly repented and made a promise.

The rest followed his lead.

As Belinda mentioned, she had provided everything they owned. If they were to lose their identity as a

young master of the Fishers and be expelled from the family and company, they would be nothing.

No matter how deep their relationship with Hunter was, they would still choose money and status over

family.

Their father was a disappointment. He had the audacity to take their money to flirt with other women.

Did he not know how fierce their mom was?

“Break off all the love affairs you have. I’ll kick anyone who has lovers or mistresses out of the family.”

When Belinda knew her sons were cheating on their wives, she did not say much or punish them. At

most, she would give Caroline access to their safe and let her three daughters-in-law pick a piece of

jewelry as consolation.

Now that she had experienced her husband’s betrayal, she understood how they felt and warned her

sons sternly.

Adrian and his brothers lowered their heads and kept quiet.

“Get out of here. Looking at the lot of you makes me angry,” Belinda scolded.

The siblings quickly ducked into their rooms.

Caroline whispered to Emma, “Emma, you should bring an ice pack to Adrian for his face.”

Emma left after glancing at Belinda and did as Caroline told her.

At that moment, she felt Caroline was better, unlike the ungrateful Celine.

Ava and Ellie also brought ice packs to their husbands to cool their faces.

Now that Belinda was back, Emma and the rest had her full support. Their husbands would not dare to

cheat on them anymore and their lives could resume their peace.

Of course, their relationship with Celine was over.

The Fisher family would be handed over to Caroline anyway. She was their true sister-in-law.

No one sent ice to Celine.

Caroline looked toward her kneeling father and brought ice for him too. She told Belinda, “Mom, you’venovelbin

scolded and punished him. Dad’s old. Can you let him return to his room and treat his face?”

“I’m warning you once more, Hunter. You’ve already betrayed me twice. If this happens for the third

time, we’ll divorce. You can hook up with all the young women you want.”

Hunter was shocked. His pride was hurt after being beaten up and punished. He also harbored deep

hatred toward Belinda. However, he was unwilling to get a divorce.

Firstly, he was already in his seventies. Secondly, all his relatives relied on the Fisher family to get by. If

he were divorced, he would either get some money or leave without a single penny, depending on her

mood. He could never outsmart her.

Besides, his family would lose all the benefits they had. They would be forced to return everything they

had received before as well.

Hunter was aware of how cruel Belinda could be after being her husband for decades.

“I was wrong, Honey. I realize my mistakes. I guarantee that this won’t happen again. Please forgive

me. Forgive me for the sake of our children. I won’t ever betray you again. I swear this upon my life.”

Hunter swore.

“Get lost. I don’t want to look at you now,” Belinda scolded.

“Okay. I’ll leave now.”

Hunter scrambled to his feet. As he had been kneeling for some time, he almost fell when he stood up.

Caroline managed to steady him with her quick reflexes.
