“Yes, Mom.”

Emma finally had a chance to get revenge on her fake sister-in-law.

Ava and Ellie said, “Mom, we want to help Cece too.”

Celine glared at her sisters-in-law.

Did they think that Mom would back them up?

She was her mom’s daughter, while they were just daughters-in-law. In most cases, daughters would

be favored over daughters-in-law.

Belinda glanced at them and said, “Emma is enough. You two can watch.”

They replied, “Okay.”

Emma walked up to Celine.

Celine raised her head and said, “Please be gentle, Emma. I’m scared of the pain.”

“If you don’t want Emma helping you, you should put in more strength yourself.”

Celine was speechless.

Emma would surely make her face swell.

“I’ll do it myself, Mom. I don’t want to trouble Emma,” said Celine hastily.

Belinda did not say a word.

Celine thought it would be worse for Emma to hit her than exert force herself, so she no longer

pretended and slapped herself hard as her brothers did.

Slap!

It hurt.

Celine’s other cheek was hit.

She was not doing it to herself. It was Emma.

Emma felt lighter after venting her anger by slapping Celine for the first time. Before Celine could react,

she gave her another slap across the face.

After two slaps, Celine’s face swelled visibly.

“I already said I’d do it myself. Why did you still hit me, Emma? Are you getting revenge on me?” Celine

questioned angrily.

Both of her cheeks were burning in pain. She could feel her face was swollen without looking at a

mirror.

“You’re weak because you never do anything. Your soft hits won’t quell Mom’s anger. Since she asked

me to help you, I’d be going against her if I didn’t do this.

“Why do I have to get revenge on you? Did you do something to me and worry that I’m getting back at

Celine was rendered speechless.

She looked toward her mom with a pitiful expression.

Belinda refused to look at her.

Knowing Belinda was enraged, Celine had no choice but to hold herself back.

The siblings dared not stop slapping themselves as Belinda had not ordered them to.

When their faces were swollen, Belinda said indifferently, “That’s enough.”

The siblings stopped.

Belinda stood. Her gaze was icy as she stared at her husband and children. With a cold voice, she

said, “I’m the one who gave you everything you have now. If you keep helping your father, you no

longer can enjoy all the benefits a Fisher can have. You’ll have to quit your job, leave Fisher Enterprise,

and move out of the house.”
