“Madam Fisher left Wiltspoon not long ago.”
Zachary said while driving, “But she seemed to have replaced one of the bodyguards who came with
her.”
“Replaced? I remember she brought several bodyguards with her.”
“Yes, she did bring several bodyguards, and the number of bodyguards accompanying her back to
Jensburg has not changed. However, there is a new face among them. I don’t know if she fired one of
them or left one in Wiltspoon to gather intel for her.”
Zachary would appoint someone to keep an eye on Belinda, and she did the same for them.
Serenity looked at her husband’s side profile.
Zachary glanced at her and then looked ahead. With his wife in the car, he did not dare to be distracted
while driving.
“Babe, your observation skills are really something.”
Serenity praised, “You’ve only met Madam Fisher a handful of times, but you remember the faces of
her bodyguards.”
Serenity only remembered what Belinda looked like as well as how many of her bodyguards came
along, but she had not remembered their faces.
“I just have a good memory.”
“My memory is good too.”
Zachary smiled and said, “You’re pregnant now. It’s said that one becomes forgetful during pregnancy.
Your memory probably isn’t as good as mine.”
“I don’t think I’ve become foolish. Can we still keep an eye on the people around Madam Fisher? If she
truly replaced a bodyguard and left one in Wiltspoon, it means she’s worried we might find out
something here.
“My grandmother is ninety-nine percent killed by her. In order to climb to the top, she even harmed her
own siblings!”
Serenity thought of the years of dependence on Liberty, who was like a mother to her.
She had a deep affection for her sister and would absolutely not do something to harm her.
Belinda not only did it, but to both sisters at that, not sparing either. Ruthless!
“Not all sisters can have such deep sisterly bonds like you two. And not everyone can be like my
cousins, willingly centering their lives around me.”
Serenity stopped talking.
All Zachary said were facts.
Many siblings in the world would turn on each other for personal gain.
She thought that even if there were conflicts, they should be dealt with fairly and openly. Only cowards
would resort to murdering and wiping out families.
“Josh’s men knew what Madam Fisher’s bodyguards looked like. They will continue keeping an eye out
for the bodyguards.”
“I trust Josh to handle this.”
Relieved, Serenity added, “If there are any updates, let me be the first to know. Even if you don’t tell
me, be sure to let Liberty know. Aunt Audrey intends for my sister to visit Jensburg to fight against
Caroline for the position of the Fisher family’s matriarch. I believe Liberty will be heading to Jensburg
soon, and she might stay there for a while.”
She fondled her tummy, saying, “I can't fight side by side with my sister now.”
She was not worried about her pregnancy, but Liberty and Zachary would never let her go to Jensburg
while pregnant.
