Chapter 2571

Hayden said truthfully, “I haven't had time to travel since I became an adult. I’m busy every day. There’s

hardly time for fun. However, I’ve been to many places because I often go on business trips.”

“Where do you want to go for our honeymoon?” Kevin asked.

After some thought, Hayden said, “I like somewhere with mountains and rivers, someplace quiet.”

“I’ll look into that. We can stay there for a month, just us two.”

Kevin discovered Hayden’s preferences.

Was Wildridge Manor not exactly what she described? It was a quiet place as well.

“Do you like Wildridge Manor?”

“I do. Are we having our honeymoon there?”

Kevin smiled. “No. That’s our future home. We should head somewhere else for our honeymoon.”

“I haven’t even decided on marrying you, yet we’re already talking about our honeymoon.”

Hayden gave a self-deprecating laugh. “I go off-track easily when I’m with you. My wits and self-

restraints are useless before you.”

“Do you still need time to think about it, Hay? Am I not doing enough?”

Kevin felt he had already courted her for a long time and was utterly devoted to her. However, since

she was still uncertain about marrying him, it meant that what he had done was still insufficient. He

wanted to know how he could improve.

“No. You’ve done enough. I just think we haven’t gone on enough dates because we’re always working.

Our feelings aren’t that deep to the extent of tying the knot. I don’t even feel the longing that other

people describe whenever they’re separated from their partners.

“If I don’t experience that emotion, it means I don’t love you enough to marry you yet. I think we should

date each other longer. Give me some time. This won’t affect you visiting your family, right?

“If Grandma May doesn’t let you go home, you can come to my house. My parents will welcome you

warmly.”

Hayden’s parents regarded Kevin highly.

After comparing him to others, Hayden knew that Kevin was the best choice.

Nevertheless, she had not fallen deeply enough to spend the rest of her life with him.

“That means I’m not doing well enough,” said Kevin.

If she did not feel any longing, did that mean she was hoping he would leave Jensburg and return hernovelbin

peace and quiet?

She must have thought he was too clingy.

However, separating for some time could allow him to see if she would go crazy from missing him.

“It’s not your problem, Kevin. I do like you.”

Hayden admitted her feelings.

“I don’t have many friends to talk to. I don’t know what to do. Give me some time, okay? Let’s go to

your hotel to eat. I admit that your food is better than my hotel’s.”

Fortress Hotel was able to be on par with Jensburg Hotel because of their abilities, not York

Corporation’s fame.

“Okay.”

Since Hayden had switched the topic, Kevin complied.

When they parked at Fortress Hotel, Kevin got out of the car before Hayden. He opened her door and

offered to help her get out of the car like a gentleman.

Hayden could not stop but smile. “I’m not that old to need someone to support me when I step out of a

car.”
