Chapter 2413

Knock, knock.

Knocks were heard and the people inside the house commented, “That was quick.”

Somebody hurried to look out the window. Zachary's bridal convoy had pulled up at the driveway, but

Liberty’s driveway was too narrow to accommodate the long line of cars, especially with so many

guests already parked there.

Hence, half of the fleet had to park outside the estate.

From above, the driveway and entrance looked like a car show, packed with fancy cars.

Zachary’s usual Rolls-Royce was the wedding car. It was beautifully decorated with a large banner that

read “Just Married” in bold letters.

Dressed in a black suit, Zachary looked tall and handsome. He was usually solemn and

unapproachable with his bodyguards surrounding him. Today, he was beaming at everybody.

No wonder Elisa said Zachary would be on his best, most tolerant behavior today. The bridesmaids

were free to do whatever they wanted to him.

Of course, Elisa was not going to take the lead. She did not want Zachary to do the same to her and

Remy when she was to get married.

“Zachary just got out of the car. It wasn’t Zachary who knocked on the door,” one of the bridesmaids

said.

She opened the door and saw Sonny outside.

As soon as the door was opened, Sonny rushed into Serenity’s room.

“Aunt Ser! Uncle Zak is here. He drove many cars to pick us up.”

Sonny approached Serenity and hopped onto Serenity’s bed like a monkey before talking to Serenity

excitedly.

Serenity responded with a smile, “Got it.”

“Look at me, Aunt Ser. Do I look good?”

Sonny asked Serenity the same question. He stood up on the bed so that Serenity could get a good

look at him.

The little man’s innocent words amused everybody in the room.

“You look the best,” Serenity complimented him.

Elisa carried Sonny down from the bed and said with a smile, “Sonny is the most handsome page boy

in Wiltspoon. When I get married, you have to be my page boy too.”

“Sure.”

Sonny responded, “I will be a page boy for you.”

He looked at the unfamiliar women, all of whom were beautiful. His mother had told him that Zachary

had handpicked them to be Serenity's bridesmaids, and they were all heiresses from high society.

Sonny did not know what it meant to be from high society. All he knew was that the women looked

friendly and loved to smile like he did, so he liked them.

“I will be your page boy when you get married too.”

The bridesmaids happily replied, “Okay. Sonny will be our page boy when we get married.”

Hopefully, Sonny would not be too old to be their page boy when they eventually got married.

It was not an issue, though. Serenity was pregnant and would give birth the following year. In a few

years, Zachary’s child would be around Sonny’s age and could be their page boy. Since Sonny would

be cousins with Zachary’s child, it did not matter who became their page child or flower girl.

Zachary owed them one anyway.

Although these women kept a low profile in Wiltspoon’s upper crust, they were true heiresses. They didnovelbin

not attend just about any social events, only the important ones. They only became Serenity's

bridesmaids in honor of Zachary and the Yorks, so Zachary owed them a favor.

“Sonny.”
