Chapter 2344

Grandma May said to Quinn, “We’re all easy-going people, Ms. Crawford. You don’t have to be too

cautious or feel you’re intruding. Just enjoy yourself here at this manor and come often if you like.”

Quinn smiled. “I’ll definitely visit you again if my students have competitions here in the future.”

She had finally met Grandma May in person, someone she had heard a lot about. The old lady wasnovelbin

friendlier than she had imagined; also enthusiastic and hospitable, much like her own grandmother.

“You can visit us without having to bring your students to Wiltspoon for competitions. Julian can pick

you up, and you can be our guest and even stay overnight. We have plenty of rooms. You won’t get

bored even after staying here for half a month.”

Quinn simply smiled and gave a courteous reply. However, she dared not come as she pleased. She

knew she owed Julian a huge favor just by visiting the manor once.

Julian always talked about repaying her for saving his life. He took her and the children around to play,

brought them into the York family’s manor for a visit, and even treated them to meals. He was repaying

her kindness many times over.

A man who knew how to be grateful was decent.

After spending two days with Julian, Quinn’s impression of him had improved tremendously.

At Grandma May’s request, all of them went to the main house and had tea and desserts in the

luxurious living area. When everyone’s stomachs were filled, Grandma May acted as the tour guide

and brought them around the manor.

Since twelve children were tagging along, Grandma May first took them to the children’s playground. It

was built for her grandsons in the past. Now that Rowan, the youngest, had grown into a teenager, he

no longer played at the playground and it was often left unused. Only Sonny would play there now and

then.

It was lively at the playground that day. The children were awkward initially, but they eventually started

enjoying themselves as they loved playgrounds.

Quinn was worried the children would fall. She followed them around like a mother would and reminded

them to be careful. Julian and Grandma May ended up being neglected.

Julian complained to Grandma May, “You stole the spotlight, Grandma May.

“You even robbed me of my role as the tour guide.”

Grandma May smiled and said, “I’m sorry. I really like the kids and Ms. Crawford. You’re lucky that your

destined woman is nice.”

Julian said, “You scouted all the lovely girls into the York family to be your granddaughters-in-law. Can’t

I have a good one myself?

“Quinn isn’t suited for your grandsons. Keep your hands off her.”

Grandma May swatted him after he spoke.

“You rascal. Am I that kind of person? As you said, Quinn doesn’t suit my grandsons. Why would I

target her? Even if she were a good match for them, I won’t choose her. You’re bound to be in love with

her in this life.”

Julian’s mouth twitched. He said, “Why do I feel like you’re rejoicing in my misery?”

“You aren’t even in misery. What can I possibly be happy about?”

Julian was rendered speechless.

“By the way, why are you still sitting here?”

Grandma May scolded Julian. “Can’t you see your future wife is busy with the children?

“She taught the kids well. They should train themselves in martial arts properly. If their characters and

skills are good enough, Zack can recruit them into our security company. They can be assigned jobs

after receiving proper training.”

Julian said, “I’ll see to it that Quinn’s best students have a bright future.”

Grandma May was snatching his chance to please Quinn and the children yet again.
