Chapter 2343

“Grandma May.”

Julian could not avoid her anymore.

He greeted her happily.

From Julian’s greetings, Quinn found out that the elderly woman walking over with a kind smile was Old

Mrs. York.

Based on her clothing, she looked plain and no different from an ordinary elderly woman. However, her

natural classy aura was not something clothes could conceal.

The old lady’s steps were steady, and she was in good health. She maintained her appearance well

too, looking like a woman in her fifties or sixties, instead of her actual age.

“Who’s this, Julian?”novelbin

Grandma May’s gaze focused on Quinn. She pretended to be clueless and asked Julian.

Julian dared not play tricks before an elder. He introduced Quinn to her earnestly.

“Nice to meet you, Old Mrs. York,” Quinn greeted after Julian introduced them to each other.

Grandma May smiled. “Hi, Ms. Crawford.”

She eyed Quinn from head to toe.

Her first impression of Quinn was great—young, beautiful, and down-to-earth.

Grandma May was well-informed that Quinn was skilled in martial arts. She even defeated most of

Julian’s subordinates when he tricked her into saving his life. They were still lying in hospital beds.

A girl as skilled as Quinn was perfect for Julian.

Grandma May liked her unpretentious and easy-going attitude.

Quinn was as excellent as the candidates she had chosen for her grandsons. It seemed like the

heavens were treating Julian well.

If Julian were to be paired with a horrendous woman…

The thought of that alone made her want to laugh. She was a little mischievous and liked watching men

who refused to get married be pranked.

Julian was loyal and would only be attracted to one woman throughout his entire life. If he were to

develop feelings for a terrible woman, he would have no choice but to marry her.

Quinn told her students to greet Old Mrs. York.

Hearing the children greeting her in unison made the old lady happy. She especially liked little girls.

She immediately said, “Let’s go, kids. Follow me for delicious snacks.”

Then, she told Julian, “Since you’re here, why don’t you bring Ms. Crawford inside? Are you trying to

put the blame on my family for not hosting our guests properly?

“You would’ve succeeded if I didn’t spot you while I was on my walk.”

Julian thought, ‘Who knew you would be back early?’

Grandma May truly loved to gossip. Even the Buchams had received guidance from her in the past.

“You got me wrong, Grandma May. Why would I frame you for not being a good host? I heard you’ve

been staying at Mr. York’s place. I was afraid of disturbing you with me bringing Ms. Crawford and the

children here for a visit.”

Grandma May said, “Why would you be a bother? The manor is as quiet as ever. I’ve been looking

forward to people coming over to have fun and liven up the atmosphere. I love children.”
