Chapter 2296

Remy did not hide his disgust for the color red. He found it too bright.

He and Elisa had opposing opinions about the color; she liked the brightness it held but he hated it.

“I’ll exchange them for another color later.”

Remy looked toward Elisa and whispered something in her ear. Elisa blushed, but her eyes were filled

with anticipation. She said, “Okay. You can keep them. I’ll take note not to buy anything red for you in

the future.

“It’ll be better if you’re willing to crossdress for me. You’re so handsome. You’ll look good in women’s

clothes.”

Remy’s expression turned serious. He reminded her sternly, “I’m a man, Elisa. How can a cool guy

wear women’s clothing?

“I want us to be husband and wife, not look like sisters.”

Elisa laughed. “It seems like none of you are willing to crossdress.”

“Did Serenity or Jasmine request their men to do the same?”

“Zachary and Josh will never wear women’s clothes.” Elisa did not give a direct answer. In fact,

Serenity and Jasmine had never said that to their men.

She was teasing Remy on purpose.

Remy felt as if he had lost. He was in a dilemma. “Actually, I did crossdress before when I was young.

My mom wanted a daughter, but it turned out that I was a boy. Therefore, she decided to raise me like

a daughter.

“When I started to learn how to walk, my mom took advantage of the fact that I couldn’t resist and put

me in dresses during summer. She even let my hair grow long and really treated me as a daughter.”

Elisa was interested. She smiled. “I never heard of this before.”

“It’s my embarrassing past. How could I let you know?”

“How long did you wear dresses for? Didn’t your family oppose the idea?”

Remy said, “I don’t remember anything because I was young then. However, my mom’s treasured

album does have many pictures of me in dresses and braids. I used to think I had a sister hidden by my

mom. I kept bugging her until she told me I was the person in the photos.

“My elder brother told me many things. He has a good memory and is older by several years, so he still

has some vague impressions.

“He told me that he and I were boys and that we didn’t have to wear dresses or grow our hair out. He

said I couldn’t be a princess even if I wore dresses every day.

“My mom only let me off the hook when I started refusing dresses.”

Remy mocked himself. “I thought I was the most useless son because my mom had raised me like a

daughter. I’m the weakest in martial arts among my brothers. I even have to have bodyguards with me

for safety reasons whenever I head out.”

His brothers only needed bodyguards when they wanted to show off. They usually did not require any.

They were adept in martial arts, unlike him who could only defeat a random unskilled gangster.

“You’re not useless. You’re a great man to me. You may be the weakest in martial arts among yournovelbin

brothers, but I don’t know anything about it. Does that mean I’m more useless?”

Elisa hated Remy for belittling himself.

She said confidently, “There are many more people who don’t know martial arts. Even if I’m not trained,

no one can bully me.”

It was good enough that she did not bully others. Anyone who dared to bully her, the young lady of the

Stone family, definitely had a death wish.

“Seren is trained in martial arts while Liberty isn’t. You can’t say that Liberty is useless, right? She

simply missed the time to build her strength. Besides, she doesn’t like martial arts, but Seren does.”
