Remy suddenly felt getting married right away was unrealistic.
He and Elisa could be like Callum and Camryn. They could get engaged and hold an engagement

Elisa was his fiancée.

At that moment, someone knocked on the door.
Remy said, “Ben, I have a guest. I’ll have to hang up now. You can tell Jane to start preparing some
gifts with Mom.”
“Okay. You can go on with your stuff. With me handling this, you can rest assured. Mom and Jane have
been waiting to visit Elisa’s family with the intent of marriage for some time now.”
Jane loved visiting the families of her brothers-in-law’s girlfriends the most. She was the wife to the heir

Remy ended the call and uttered, “Come in.”
The door to his office opened.
Elisa entered with a bouquet and a few shopping bags containing two sets of new clothes, two ties, and
a Rolex gift box.
They were her presents for Remy.
He had received a huge shock in the afternoon so she got him presents to soothe him.
Honestly speaking, she was startled too. Luckily, the issue was perfectly resolved.
“Elisa.”
Remy put down his phone when he saw Elisa. He got up and went up to her with a smile. “Why are you
here?”
“You don’t want me here?”
Remy laughed. “How could I? I thought you wouldn’t be here at this hour since I just returned from your
house.”
They had just bid goodbye to each other not long ago.
Elisa went to the sofa and put the shopping bags down. Then, she turned and handed the bouquet to
Remy.
He accepted the bouquet with an affectionate gaze. While staring at her stunning face, he asked gently,novelbin
“Why are you giving me flowers all of a sudden? It has been my trademark move all along.”
He often gave Elisa flowers. Although their relationship was already going steady, he would still
occasionally surprise her.
That was especially so after Julian started “pursuing” Elisa. Remy was worried Julian would outshine
him. Therefore, he thought of various ideas to be better than Julian. It strengthened his relationship
with Elisa and allowed him to gain the support of the Stones.
“Do you like the flowers?” Elisa asked.
Remy smiled and said, “I like them. Even if you gave me a stalk of grass, I would’ve liked it too.”
Elisa said playfully, “I’ll give you a stalk of grass next time. Let’s see if you’ll like it then.”
