Chapter 2224

Duncan thought Liberty had gone to visit Hank at the hospital again.

“I see. Is Serenity doing fine?”

“She’s fine. Zachary said her morning sickness wouldn’t be as severe if she didn’t eat sour or sweet

food.”

Duncan smiled and said, “I didn’t know something like that was possible.

“Zachary definitely won’t let Seren have sweet or sour food anymore. Otherwise, he’ll be worried sick

when she vomits and can’t leave for work all day. Even if he’s at the company, his heart will stay with

her.”

That was what happened to him too. Although he had returned to the company to work, he would keep

thinking about Liberty when it was almost time to get off work.

Duncan only returned to the office occasionally to handle some matters. He would always head to

Liberty’s new restaurant in the afternoon to try out her new menu.

Liberty was his lunch provider.

“I instructed them to leave some food for you before I came out, Mr. Lewis. You can take your time

eating. I’ll head back later.”

Duncan smiled. “Okay. Got it.”

“If there’s nothing else, I’ll continue eating my lunch.”

“Okay.”

After the call ended, Duncan said to his bodyguard with relief, “Push me in. Liberty left some food for

me.”

The bodyguard quickly wheeled him into Liberty’s restaurant.

The name of the new restaurant was also called All You Can Eat but with one word added—All You

Can Eat Restaurant.

Liberty wished to make the brand “All You Can Eat” known to everyone. After opening more food and

beverage stores, she would like to establish an All You Can Eat Group.

She wanted to carve a place for All You Can Eat in the food and beverage industry.novelbin

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Hank had just eaten in the ward and had gotten down from the bed with his

parents’ help to walk around in aiding his digestion.

He was recovering well. However, he did nearly die twice. He was recently allowed to get off the bed to

move around, but he did not dare to walk too quickly. He was afraid of his wounds tearing and causing

him pain again.

“Hank can walk?”

Chelsea brought a bag of apples into the ward. She exclaimed in surprise when she saw her brother

walking slowly around the ward.

Olivia watched her son nervously. She was afraid he would fall from the pain if the wound tore.

“He’s allowed to move around a little these days. The doctor said he should get off the bed for a walk,

but not for too long,” Luke replied.

It must have been thanks to the Brown family’s ancestors that his son could stay alive and be on the

journey to recovery.

“Has Liberty brought Sonny over to visit Hank these days?”

Chelsea had not been to the hospital for several days herself.

She placed the bag of apples on the bedside table.

“She came yesterday. She didn’t stay long because she was busy with her stores. Sonny wanted to

leave with his mom too. He refused to stay and accompany Hank.”

Olivia went forward to help her son to walk back to the bed and sit.

Hank’s forehead was sweating despite having only walked for a short while.

Olivia took a tissue and wiped his sweat. She asked Chelsea, “Do you know when Liberty’s new

restaurant opens? It’ll be inconvenient for your dad, Hank, and I to congratulate her in person at the

opening. Can you find out about it? After that, send her some gifts and flowers as congratulations.”

Chelsea said, “I came here to tell you guys about this. Liberty’s All You Can Eat Restaurant is opening

tomorrow. I think we should congratulate her too. How grand do you think our gift should be, Mom?

She’s well-off now.”

She sighed and added, “Not much time had passed, yet Liberty already managed to have two stores.

The breakfast diner’s business is still thriving too. Saying that she earns thousands of dollars a day

would be an understatement. Her new restaurant is opening tomorrow. If that business is also a

success, she’ll earn tens of thousands of dollars daily.

“I feel jealous looking at her booming businesses. If the divorce didn’t happen, Hank could’ve obtained

half of the money she earns. It would’ve been their shared asset anyway.”

However, no matter how much money Liberty earned now, it had nothing to do with the Brown family.
