Chapter 1987

“Mr. Hayden, since you don’t have vases in your office, I’ll send you a few in the afternoon. You can

display the flowers I give you in them. Your office will look more beautiful as well,” Kevin said.

Hayden did not want to accept Kevin’s bouquet, but he did not care if she liked it or not. He simply put it

on her desk.

Afterward, he returned to Hayden’s side and reached out to pull her but she evaded.

“Kevin York, please behave yourself and don’t get handsy.”

“Don’t you always stress that you’re a man? No one is at a disadvantage when a man pulls a man’s

hand. What are you afraid of?”

After saying that, Kevin forcefully pulled Hayden to the sofa in the waiting area.

“I also bought you a set of clothes and a pair of shoes.”

He picked up the bag with the dress and stuffed it into Hayden’s hand. As for the bag with the high

heels, he took them out for her and put them on the floor, saying, “Sit down and try these on to see if

they fit. I visually measured your feet and bought the approximate size.”

Hayden’s face darkened again when she saw the pair of high heels.

She did not take the dress out, but by glancing at the clothes in the bag and looking at the color, she

knew they were women’s clothes.

‘D*mn it, Kevin York. How dare you buy me women’s clothes and shoes?!

‘Is he so sure that I’m a woman?’

Hayden threw the bag with the dress back to Kevin and said coldly, “Mr. Kevin, you should give them to

the wife candidate your grandmother had selected for you.”

After saying that, she turned around and walked back to her desk. She sat down and started to work as

she did not want to deal with Kevin anymore.

Kevin took out the dress from the bag and unfolded it. He held it against his body and asked, “Is this

dress not nice? I think it looks good. It’s the first dress I’ve ever bought.”novelbin

He held the dress in one hand and the pair of high heels in the other, wanting to walk over.

However, Hayden’s secretary knocked on the door and entered at this time.

He came in with a document that he wanted Hayden to sign.

As soon as he entered, he saw Kevin holding a dress and a pair of high heels. The vamp of the high

heels was even studded with diamonds. They looked very nice, but of course, they were also not

cheap.

This made the secretary freeze.

He looked at Kevin, thinking, ‘Not only is Mr. York gay, but he also likes women’s clothes and shoes. Is

he intending to dress as a woman after getting together with Mr. Hayden in the future?’

Soon, the secretary came back to his senses. He walked over with the document in hand and said, “Mr.

Hayden, your signature is needed on this document.”

Hayden took the document and read it. He signed it and handed it back to the secretary.

The secretary accepted the document and wanted to say something but hesitated. Seeing that

Hayden’s good-looking face was tensed up, he decided to say nothing and went out with the signed

document.

After the secretary left, Kevin walked over again with the dress and high heels. He placed them on

Hayden’s desk and asked her, “Do you want to try them on?”

Hayden responded coldly without even looking up, “Kevin York, don’t force me to have someone drag

you out.”

“Do you not like them? I think this dress looks good. It’s the first time I’ve bought clothes for a lady.”

Hayden was so mad that she grabbed the dress and threw it at Kevin’s face, causing the dress to be

stuck in his head. Kevin quickly pulled the dress off and looked at Hayden, who hated him but could not

do anything about it.

Kevin said rather gently, “Alright, since you don’t want to wear dresses now, don’t wear them. You look

good in suits, so much so that you look better than me. You make me feel inferior in front of you.”

“Get out!”

As good as Hayden’s temper was, she could not stand Kevin anymore.
