Chapter 1948

After that, everyone surrounded Kevin before he recovered from his musings.

Those beautiful women banded together to deal with Kevin, who was their common love rival.

Many of them were in love with Hayden, so there was already fierce competition among them. Never

did they expect that there would be a male love rival, who turned out to be Kevin, the third young

master of the Yorks from Wiltspoon.

Even though those women’s elders constantly reminded them not to offend Kevin, they could not help

but turn against him.

Before Kevin walked into Jensburg Hotel, he was besieged by over ten love rivals.

Luckily, Kevin had a glib and sharp tongue.

Despite being besieged by over ten female love rivals at the same time, Kevin had a verbal fight with

them and eventually left them feeling speechless.

After that, he strutted energetically into the hotel like a rooster that had won a battle.

Hugh, who did not follow Hayden into the hotel, watched the whole situation.

He even took a video of the situation using his phone.novelbin

Then, he shared the video of Kevin’s love rivals with his family in his family group chat consisting of

four members.

Hugh tagged Hayden in the group and said, “Hayden, look how brilliant Mr. Kevin is. Your admirers are

all brilliant, but they got defeated in the face of Mr. Kevin. He alone dealt with over ten of them. How

awesome! I’m really awed by him.”

Hayden did not use her phone at all.

The party was crowded.

She was worried that if she took out her phone to read the messages, other people around her would

see that and discover her identity as a female.

In the family’s group chat, Hayden’s parents would call her “daughter”, while Hugh would call her “sis”.

After chatting with them in the group, Hayden would always request her family to clear their chat. Even

though her family would not reveal her secret, she felt the need to be cautious.

She noticed that her parents and Hugh were particularly eager to marry her off recently.

One of Hayden’s bodyguards accidentally hit a woman in the hotel. The woman was holding a glass of

red wine, which splattered the bodyguard’s shirt.

“Sorry,” the woman promptly apologized to the bodyguard.

After taking a good look at the woman’s face, the bodyguard replied generously, “It’s fine.”

He was merely a bodyguard. It did not matter if red wine splattered on his shirt.

In fact, every time the bodyguards followed Hayden to any party, their shirts would be splattered with

wine.

Hayden’s admirers would always find all kinds of excuses to approach Hayden. The most common

method was hitting Hayden’s security by accident. In the end, the bodyguards were the unlucky ones

as their shirts were dirtied.

As soon as Hayden turned around, the woman returned. Hayden was standing a few steps away from

the woman.

The woman seemed a bit nervous and confused. Clutching the wine glass with one hand and

squeezing the corner of her evening gown with the other, she looked at Hayden with intimidation.

“Ms. Caroline.”

Hayden opened her mouth gently and asked concernedly, “Ms. Caroline, did my bodyguard hurt you?

Are you okay?”

The woman turned out to be Caroline, the young lady of the Fishers.

Hayden had told Hugh that Caroline was best at pretending to be weak. Many people found Caroline a

coward and doormat when they first met her. It was actually a facade.

Caroline was not a doormat at all.

Ever since Caroline returned to her family, Madam Fisher knew that her biological child, Caroline,

would have to take over her position as the head of the family eventually, even though she had more

love for her adopted child, Celine.

Therefore, Madam Fisher would bring Caroline to all kinds of parties so that the latter could soon

mingle with folks in the circle.

Many people at the party looked down on Caroline and bullied her. In the end, none of them was at an

advantage. Instead, Caroline silently dealt with them.
