Chapter 1910

Hayden did not want the shameless man to turn around halfway.

The secretary respectfully invited Kevin out.

Kevin smiled at Hayden as he brought the bouquet out.

When he followed the secretary out, Hayden heard him asking the secretary, “Are the flowers not

beautiful enough? Why doesn’t Mr. Hayden accept my flowers?”

Hayden slammed the door shut.

She returned to her seat and then her other phone rang. It was from her brother.

“Hayden! I missed the great show today! I should have come back for the meeting! D*mn it!”

Hugh received the news of Kevin giving flowers to her sister in front of the executives.

Someone close to him informed him right away.

Hayden’s expression turned gloomy. She said coldly, “Hugh, one more word and I will cut your tongue

off and feed it to the dog.”

“Alright, alright. Don’t be mad, brother. With that face of yours, men and women will fall for you. Even

my friends don’t dare to spend too much time with you because they are afraid they would fall in love

with you.”

Hugh was with his friends, which was the reason he called Hayden “brother” instead of “sister”. He was

afraid that his friends might know.

“Bro, I heard Kevin York bought a huge bouquet of roses for you. It’s beautiful and I bet it cost a lot. You

really didn’t take the flowers?” Hugh ridiculed his sister.

He finally knew why his sister was so guarded against Kevin.

A woman’s sixth sense was sharp. She knew Kevin was up to no good, which was why she raised her

caution against Kevin.

They went out for a day trip yesterday and now, Kevin brought flowers to the office and openly pursued

her.

If Hayden recovered her identity as a woman, Kevin’s pursuit would seem normal. However, Hayden

was a man now, and receiving flowers from another man was huge, it swiftly became the topicnovelbin

everyone was discussing.

“Hugh, you are asking for a beating!”

Huge giggled. “Okay, okay. I’m done joking with you. I think Kevin is trying to use you. Didn’t he say he

disliked the wife candidate his grandmother chose for him? But he can’t reject it because it was his

grandmother’s decision.

“If news about him being a gay man got out, and that he fell in love with you, then I believe the seniors

of his family won’t urge him anymore. Even if he doesn’t marry the woman that his grandmother chose

for him, she won’t say anything either. After all, he openly acknowledged that he liked a man, and if

they insisted on him marrying a girl, it would ruin the girl’s life.”

Hayden went silent.

It sounded reasonable but was it the truth?

Kevin was trying to use her as a shield to escape his family? Or was he really gay and hated the wife

his grandmother chose for him?

“If Kevin York really wants to use you to make himself look gay, I think he will be giving you more

flowers soon.”

“I won’t let him step into the company,” Hayden said.

Hugh pondered. “Tell the security guards to stop him at the entrance, don’t let him come in.”

However, given Kevin’s personality, the man would probably follow Hayden home.

He has to make others believe he was gay and he would not stop before he achieved his goal.

“Bro, do you need me to help you deal with Kevin York? I’m a handsome guy as well. If Kevin York

really likes a man, I can lend him my shoulder. I don’t mind being in the headlines with him or becoming

the hottest topic in the city.”

Then, his parents would stop urging him to get married as well.

He could help his sister with the persistent man and escape his annoying parents—a win-win situation

for both of them.

“Hugh, I know what you are trying to do. I’ll deal with this myself.”

Hayden then ended the call with her brother.

There was no way Kevin was gay.

If he really was gay, he would have gotten a boyfriend from Wiltspoon after so many years. Why would

he come all the way to Jensburg just to give her flowers?

Considering her brother’s analysis, Hayden believed it was true. Kevin just wanted to use her.

She was influential and powerful, and even if she got into a scandal with Kevin, the Yorks could not just

pay her off to save Kevin’s reputation.
