Chapter 1761

In the upper class society of Brimmopolis, Gillian was known to be domineering and protective.

Through her swift and decisive actions, she proved that the Goldsteins were no pushovers.

She perscnally led a large group of subordinates and arrived in Alberesque to meet her younger brother, Alan.

Her purpose of coming here was to ask her brother to capture all those who had played a part in hurting her son, and also Penny.Alan was the deputy minister of the South Army's Security Department.

It was common knowledge that besides protecting the commanders, the Security Department had another important job, which

was to punish soldiers who violated the law.

When Alan heard that Penny had ordered Bay and about a dozen soldiers to beat up his nephew, he was livid.

“Don't worry, Gill. I'll definitely capture all of them and have them punished by military law.

“But Penny Smith will be a little bit trickier to deal with. As you know, she's the General's wife, so it'll be difficult for me to lay a hand on her...”Gillian said icily, “Then, arrest all of the soldiers who hurt my son and punish them first. As for Penny Smith, I'll deal with her myself.”Contents belong to NovelDrama.Org

Alan was relieved upon hearing this, exclaiming with a smile, “Alright, Gill. I'll bring my men over to Channing and arrest all of the b*stards who hurtmy nephew.”

After that, he immediately brought a few dozen scldiers from the Security Department and headed to Channing in military vehicles.Within three hours, they arrived at the Channing Military Base. When Franklin heard about Alan's arrival, he hurriedly led a troop of men to welcome him at the entrance.

"Haha! Deputy Minister Goldstein, what brings you to Channing? You should've told me you were coming. I would've prepared a little welcoming partyfor you!”

Alan uttered frostily, “Don't pull this stunt on me. I traveled all the way from Alberesque today to carry out a mission, which is to arrest a group ofsoldiers who have severely violated the law.

Franklin's brows drew together. “Severely violated the law? Officer Goldstein, may I ask who you're referring to?”

“They are Jack Hughes, Raymund Wright, Charley Young..."

Alan's subordinate recited eighteen names in one go, causing Franklin's brows to crease.

He finally realized that the eighteen soldiers Alan wanted to arrest were the Eighteen Riders of the North who were temporarily stationed hereFranklin couldn't help but exclaim, "Officer Goldstein, the eighteen men you want to arrest are from the North Army. They are the General's

own soldiers...

Rage swelled in Franklin's heart when he heard Alan's threat.

Even so, he couldn't act on it because Alan was of the deputy minister of the Security Department, and handling military personnel was his job.If Franklin were to go against military regulations, he would be summoned to court by Alan as well.

Caught in a tight spot, Franklin was at his wits' end

Just then, Jack and the rest of the Eighteen Riders came forward on their own.

When Franklin saw them, he lowered his voice and asked Jack, "Why did you come out?”

Alan sneered. “So you were the ones who hurt my nephew?

"Very well, but don't think just because you're surrendering yourselves that I'll play nice.” “Men, arrest all of them and take them away.”
