Chapter 1625

With the whole crowd looking in Nathan's direction, Thaddeus and his subordinates quickly caughtsight of Nathan, who was still smoking as he sat on the sofa.

Clucking his tongue, Thaddeus grunted, “Hey, the loser over there. Were you the one who injuredone of my brothers last night?”

Nathan slowly turned his head and gazed at Milton, who was still slapping his own face on theground like an idiot. “How distasteful! Kneeling to a foreign monkey in the great lands of Eurasia.Hey, you're humiliating us all!”

Thaddeus furrowed his brows. How dare this brat ignore me.

On the other hand, Milton's eyes were turning bloodshot from shame and anger.

However, his fury was directed toward Nathan, not Thaddeus. He was just a coward who would noteven dare to be angry at someone like Thaddeus.

Glaring at Nathan, he gritted his teeth and said, “You asshole. None of this would have happened ifyou didn't offend them. How dare you talk about me like that when all the blame is on you! Hmph. You won't have the strength to say those things any longer. Your punishment will be a hundredtimes worse than mine!”

Mavis and the others all gave Nathan a sympathetic look upon hearing what Milton had to say.

With the revered Mr. Hayes of Brimmopolis kneeling and punishing himself just for a slip of tongue, they could not imagine what kind of gruesome ending Nathan would land in.

Everyone was sure that things were over for Nathan.

Meanwhile, Nathan remained composed as he took another puff of his cigarette.

Puffing the smoke out with a relaxed expression, he stared at Milton and asked, “A hundred timesworse than you. Are you sure about that?”

He suddenly turned around and locked gazes with Thaddeus. “You know, the thing that I hate themost is to see foreigners like you acting all entitled on my country's lands. Now kneel before me,and give yourself a hundred slaps on your face, and scram,” he bellowed.

What?

Everyone in the crowd gasped at Nathan's mindblowing statements.novelbin

How insolentlThe sheer audacity that this man has is unbelievableiWho gave him the courage tosnap back at Thad deus? He's not a suicidal person, is he?

The flames of anger sparkled in Thaddeus's eyes as he listened to Nathan's words.

Smirking coldly, he replied, “Hah... So you do have some guts. All the more reasons I have to get ridof you then! Hey, it's time to get to work. Break his arms and legs, and then screw his empty headoff. I'm going to let him know just how fatal of a mistake it is to offend us, The Cross Gang!”

As soon as Thaddeus uttered those commands, a blonde, white man and a buff, dark-skinned hunkcame marching toward Nathan.

Once again, terrified screams and shouts filled the room.

Kylie was beginning to panic too.

“Hey, loser! How dare you still be smoking there! Get the hell up!”

Wanting to drag Nathan up by force, the biondie reached out for Nathan's collar.

To his utter terror, Nathan snorted coldly, grabbed his wrist, and twisted it. Crack! The next thing heknew, he could no longer move his hands at all.

What?

The biondie fell backward, drowning in cold sweat as he moaned and groaned from the pain.

“Damn you!” The dark-skinned hunk barked as he charged toward Nathan, his fists up.

In response to that, Nathan simply stood up and gave him a straight kick.

Bam!

Nathan's sleek leather shoes became stained with blood as he pummelled the man's face.

The dark-skinned hunk was flung into the air from the sheer impact and eventually lostconsciousness as he fell to the ground.

Milton's eyes widened.

The others in the room were also awe-struck.

As Thaddeus watched on, he squinted his eyes, evidently surprised by Nathan's combat skills.Blinking, he said, “Hmph. This makes sense, considering that you've managed to hurt Levi and theothers. Unfortunately, you're very much outnumbered today. There's no way that you can beat all ofmy brothers here. Oh, my brothers! Kill

him!”

As Thaddeus gave his commands, tens of men behind him brandished their weapons, ready toattack.

The weapons which they held were not to be reckoned with - daggers, machetes, brass knuckles, axes, and even guns.

However, just as the ultimate showdown was about to begin, the crisp sound of footstepsinterrupted them, and the next thing they knew, an entire SWAT team had entered the room.

The officers of the SWAT team were led by a square-faced man. All of them were equipped with realguns and bullets.

“We are the police! Everybody freeze!”

Soon, the entire room was surrounded by SWAT officers.
