Chapter 1391 Look Out Nathan

"Nathan, you're finally here!" Penny became emotional the moment she saw her husband.

Frida also secretly heaved a sigh of relief as soon as she saw Nathan.

Similarly, upon Nathan's arrival, Marcus and his co-workers all felt as though a heavy weight hadbeen lifted off their shoulders.

Although they weren't aware of Nathan's actual identity, they knew he was one of Cross Group'semployees. They had faith in Nathan because they had witnessed how he used to teach the thugs alesson back in the day.

Nathan nodded and assured Penny everything would be fine. He signaled her he would take controlof the situation.

In the meantime, Victor and the bunch of bandits had their eyes on Nathan as well.

They had gotten their hands on Cross Group's employees because they had another hiddenagenda—their ultimate target was Nathan.

The moment Victor saw Nathan, he signaled his underlings discreetly and beckoned them to getthemselves ready for battle.

Victor then yelled deliberately, "Hey, who the hell are you?"

In return, Nathan replied nonchalantly, "I'm her husband. It seems like you're the one who'sintimidating my wife, huh? I'll give you a chance to get down on your knees and apologize for whatyou have done. Apart from that, you have to pay a hundred billion to compensate my wife for herpsychological loss. If you're willing to adhere to my demands, I'll let you die peacefully.”

What!

Victor and the bunch of bandits were rendered speechless by Nathan's pompous words.

As usual, Penny, Frida, and Marcus were taken aback by Nathan's remarks as well.

They exchanged glances as they tried to figure out what Nathan was up to.

Before long, everyone returned to their senses because they realized Nathan was merely returningthe favor. After all, Victor had previously demanded a ten-billion compensation from Penny.

However, Nathan went all out and asked for a hundred billion of compensation in return.

Judging by Nathan's warning, even if Victor were to transfer him the requested sum, Nathan wouldstill kill him at the end of the day. He would merely get to die peacefully from adhering to Nathan'sinstructions.

Unbelievable! He's such an arrogant fool!

Victor glared at Nathan incredulously because he couldn't believe his ears. "How dare you threatenme, you insolent fool! You're the first in the North who has the guts to make such a harsh remarkagainst me!"

Similarly, Victor's underlings stared at Nathan in an intimidating manner. They were all lookingmurderous by now.

Nevertheless, Nathan behaved as though he couldn't be bothered at all. He simply replied, "Really?I actually think the opposite! In the North, bandits like you mean nothing at all to me!"

Victor's eyes glinted wrathfully as soon as he heard Nathan's words; he was determined to killNathan to vent his anger.

In the end, the overly infuriated man burst into laughter and warned Nathan, "Ha! You're the onewho's courting death!

Please don't blame me for what's in store for you next! Let's get him, boys!"

Immediately, the vicious-looking bandit took the lead once again. He reached for his dagger andsprinted over to Nathan's side with a few bandits around him.

"To hell you go, you impudent fool!" He drove his dagger at Nathan's heart as he spoke.

"Look out, Nathan!" Penny shrieked with all her might.

Lifting his hands swiftly, Nathan managed to easily restrain the vicious-looking bandit by the wrist, rendering him immobile.novelbin

The vicious-looking man was only a few centimeters away from his target's heart, but he could nolonger bring himself forward, no matter how hard he tried.

"You!" He was horrified because he couldn't move away from Nathan, no matter how hard he tried.

Nathan snorted contemptuously and gradually tightened his grip until he broke his opponent's arm.

Arghhhh! The vicious-looking bandit groaned in pain hysterically. Before the man could retaliateagainst Nathan, Nathan had already snatched the former's dagger and returned him the favor.

Nathan thrust the dagger into the man's left cheek and only stopped when the tip of the bladeemerged from his right cheek.

Suddenly, the vicious-looking bandit resembled a cannibalistic tribesman.

To wrap things up, Nathan raised his leg, sending the man flying with his powerful kick.

The rest of the bandits were taken out by the Elite Eight swiftly before they could get near Nathan.

It was obvious that Victor didn't expect Nathan's subordinates to be such a capable bunch. In fact, the bandits weren't a match for the Elite Eight at all.

Thus, Victor made up his mind and instructed his men in a low and serious tone, "He's a formidablefoe! We'll use the guns!"

Immediately, Victor's gang reached for their guns and took aim at Nathan and his subordinates.
