Chapter 1125 Queenie Has Been Abducted

Penny separated domestic orders from foreign ones. The production line of the two had begun atdifferent pharmaceutical factories.

The domestic price of Q-Than was subsidized; there was a subsidy of up to 90% for poor families. The cost of Q-Than purchased by local, indigent patients was not much more expensive than anyother ordinary drugs.

Penny's goal was to make Q-Than affordable for domestic destitute patients so that they can becured, even if it meant running Cross Group at a loss.

However, the exported cost of Q-Than by the company to foreign countries was expensive. It waspriced at 10,000 per box.

It was reasonable, as the imported drugs from foreign countries were pretty pricey. For example, special drugs for leukemia could cost up to tens of thousands per box.

That being the case, the special meds' exported price to foreign countries at

10,000 a box was considered cheap.

In fact, to be cured of liver cancer with just tens or even hundreds of thousands was a dream cometrue for many foreign patients. Forthat reason alone, many were eagerly waiting for Q-Than to beexported to their countries.

It was not seen as a costly item to them. To regain a healthy body with just tens or hundreds ofthousands was a steal!

Penny's strategy was to make more money in foreign markets to make up for losses in the domesticmarket so that she could help more liver cancer patients locally and abroad.

The Cross Group's stock price hit the upper limit of the day once Q-Than was successfully on saleofficially and received innumerable orders.

The Cross Group's stocks had a high chance of hitting trillions in sales.

Penny's net worth doubled, and her company officially become the leading pharmaceuticalcompany in the country. It instantly became an empire no one could shake.

Nathan and Penny returned to their hometown and paid their respects to his parents buried inTiverton Mountain. It was a fulfilment of Zayn's wish before his death.

The next day, the two of them set off to return to Channing of the South.novelbin

As soon as Nathan and his entourage returned to Channing, they received a distress call fromBenson, his father-in-law.

"Nathan, we're in trouble!" Benson's voice sounded anxious through the phone. His mother-in-law,Leah, could be heard crying in the background.

Nathan was taken aback at his words, but he quickly consoled him, "Dad, I hear mom crying. What's wrong?"

Benson replied in a shaky voice, "Your mother went to pick Queenie from school today, but theyoung girl was abducted right after she exited the school gate."

What?

Nathan's expression immediately darkened while Penny's face turned white as a sheet.

Nathan furrowed his brows. "Don't worry about it. I'll investigate the matter at once and rescueQueenie."

He hung up right after saying that.

Penny started crying out of anxiety, "Honey, who kidnapped our daughter? What should we donow?"

"Calm down, darling. I'll get someone to figure out the situation." Nathan did his best to comfort her.

He had headed to Horton and brought Colin and Elite Eight with him, but he had left Thunderstormand Waves behind to secretly protect his family. Yet, his daughter had been abducted.

A speeding car rushed over and stopped in front of Nathan. Thunderstorm and Waves, who hadbloodstains at the corners of their mouths and shirt plackets, got off the car together.

Both of them kneeled in front of Nathan and said in embarrassment, "Mr. Cross, please punish us.We couldn't protect Young Miss, and she was kidnapped because of our incompetence."

Nathan asked in a deep voice, "What happened?"

Thunderstorm replied shamefully, "There was a group of people who came prepared out of nowhereto kidnap Young Miss. Waves and I caught up and fought them, but they had skilled men.Eventually, they overcame us, and we were taken down..."

Waves added, "After we were struck, they took Young Miss with them and left the scene swiftly. Those men were well-trained."

Thunderstorm bowed his head and said, "Mr. Cross, we couldn't protect Young Miss

properly. Please punish us!"
