Chapter 2163

As usual, Sophie refused to explain.

She left the City Lord’s Mansion and went to the training ground behind the city.

James had no way of dealing with her.novelbin

Afterward, he took Laelia around the city and briefly told her of the Celestial Abode’s origin.

Laelia’s face was full of astonishment.

Meanwhile, the soldiers quickly moved the grains into the Celestial Abode and completed theirtasks swiftly. Laelia ordered them to bring some seeds for James to bring back to Earth.

After all the grain was moved into the Celestial Abode, James stood outside and shrank it down.

Many people were gathered in the military base, including the Emperor of the Tabal Empire, Zoe,Laelia, and other Targwyn family members.

Laelia waved at James sadly. “Let’s meet again one day, James. I’ll devote myself to my trainingand find you when the Land of Tabal merges with the Earth.”

Zoe walked toward James and said, “Mr. Caden, are you sure you don’t want to stay a whilelonger? Is there really such a rush to return to Earth?”

James nodded and said, “I’ve already been here for quite some time and I have no idea what thesituation on Earth is. The current situation there is extremely tenuous, so I don’t dare to stay anylonger.”

Hearing this, Zoe did not continue to persuade him.

James waved goodbye to the Targwyns and immediately leaped into the air, entering through thecrack in space.

Under the gaze of many people, James disappeared.

Laelia’s pretty face was full of sadness. Although she had not known James for a long time, shecould sense he was a nice person. James had many chances to steal their family’s heirloom, thejade pendant, but he did not.

She was impressed by his virtuousness.

James relied on the Netherpeal he borrowed from Marcello to come to the Land of Tabal.

However, he did not need any external help to return to Earth.

After passing through the seal, he returned to the earth. However, he had no control over where hewould be sent to and reappeared over an oceanic region.

James hovered above the sky and looked at the sea below him with a frown. “Where am I?”

He took out his phone from the Celestial Abode and tried to check his location. However, his phonewas out of battery. Seeing as he had no choice, he took out his power bank and charged his phonefor a while.

James found an uninhabited island along the ocean and sat on a rock.

He held his phone and used its GPS to find out his precise location.

At that moment, he was in the Pacific Ocean, far away from Sol. Since he did not have a plane, hewould have to travel using his own means. He guessed he would probably run out of True Energybefore he reaches Sol.

However, he had no choice.

After figuring out the direction, he put away his phone and stepped forward, appearing 100 metersin the air. He stimulated his True Energy and covered a lot of ground. However, traveling like thiswould exhaust his True Energy much faster.

After traveling for two hours, a deafening explosion occurred on an island below him.

Suddenly, a terrifying wave of True Energy swept in his direction. James flew with all his strength toavoid the force but was struck by it and plummeted from the sky.

Before he fell into the sea, he dispersed the force and righted his body in midair. He balancedhimself steadily above the sea and stared at the island in front of him.

It was a huge island that was full of towering mountains.

A figure flickered above the island.
