Half a day later, James arrived at Mount Tai.
Retracing his steps, he headed to the ravine where the Chamber of Scriptures was located. Hedived into the water, entered the underground cave, and arrived outside the Chamber of Scriptures.He pushed open the stone door and entered the tower’s first floor.
The first floor was empty.
James shouted while looking around, “Ms. Custodian! Are you there, Ms. Custodian? It’s James. Ineed to speak with you.”

At that moment, there was a flash of white that slowly descended to the ground, revealing the imageof a woman in a white dress.
She was tall with a delicate and beautiful appearance, giving off an ethereal aura.

She casually waved her hand, and strong True Energy flowed from her sleeves, engulfing James.
James felt his vision go blurry as they vanished from the spot.
The next thing he knew, he had appeared in an unfamiliar place.
“Wha—?” James was startled.

Despite almost becoming a Supernatural, he had difficulty figuring out how the custodian hadtransported them.
After taking a moment to compose himself, he scanned his surroundings.
They were in an underground cavern surrounded by rocks. In the front was a strange round altarthat looked like an Eight Trigram.
A woman sat in a lotus position in the center of the altar.
It was Thea.
“Thea.”
James immediately rushed over after noticing her.
When he got close to the Eight Trigram, he was blasted away, and the Blood Energy within his bodybubbled violently causing blood to gush out James’ moth.
Thea sensed something happening around her and opened her eyes. Seeing James, she stood upand walked over to support James, who had spat out blood.
She asked perplexedly, “Honey, why are you here? Are you alright?”
James gently waved his hand and said, “I’m fine. Something’s happened.”
“What is it?” asked Thea.
James said gravely, “Winnie was kidnapped.”
“What?”
Thea was in distress as she asked, “What happened? How did Winnie get kidnapped?”
James explained what had happened.
“I still haven’t found out where Maxine has taken Winnie. Henry is doing his best to track her down.Maxine’s condition for Winnie’s return is for me to marry three women and remain married for threeyears.”
“...”
Hearing James’ explanation, Thea’s mind was a mess.
“What are you saying? Maxine captured Winnie and is forcing you to marry three women? Who isshe asking you to marry?”
“Her, Tiara, and Cynthia.”
“Pfft.”
Thea burst out laughing.
“How can you laugh in such a dire situation?”
“It’s a pretty good deal for you. Why did you come looking for me? Hurry up and accept herproposal. If anything happens to Winnie, I won’t forgive you.”
Thea pushed James, urging him to leave.

James stopped and asked sincerely, “I couldn’t come up with any proper plans, so I came to discussit with you.”
Thea replied earnestly, “Go ahead and marry them. I mean… It’s fine as long as our child is safe.Plus, I’m going to stay here for a long time. It might take longer than eight to ten years. How canyou spend all that time alone? If anything, I’m relieved there are three of them accompanying you.”
Thea was serious about the words that left her mouth.
